“My printer died Tuesday night, i called BBI Wed AM, Jim was here by 2:00 to fix it. 15 minutes, in and out! And mine is an older HP printer, he came with the part(after my explanation of what was wrong with it) Worth fixing and not having to buy a new printer! And I'm a tax accountant so I needed to have this resolved ASAP. Would highly recommend, thanks so much Jim for your efficient help!”
