“Been going to this Jiffy Lube for eons and the girls are AMAZING... Sadly today the girls weren't there and it took them over an hour to do a oil change and that's ok it happens, BUT my mp3 player vanished, Ai checked the whole car/ floor etc, went back to JiffyLube and talked to the guy in charge, he asked and other employee went to passenger side and by a MIRACLE the mp3 player materialized out of thin air... Note to self take out ALL valuables before leaving the car in staff's hands.”

“I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I just signed up for the monthly package and have used it three times already. Each car wash is great! My windows, including the front windshield, have never been cleaner. The vacuum cleaning has complete coverage. My car is spotless when done. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Personal Touch Car Wash so far. I started going here after my normal car wash that I visited for years went completely downhill after some major service changes. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash.”

What put me off though was that upon paying and starting my car, I got a check engine light, which I didnt have before and found it too convenient to happen in that moment. Plan on having my mechanic do a inspection.”
