I called customer service today after 4 pm and was put on hold for 40 minutes plus. Was told that the waiting period would be 15 - 22 minutes. After more than 40 minutes tape message came on and no one picked up until 14 minutes later. Customer service advised that they took care of my problem and I hung up and found that my problem was still there. Tried calling back and waiting for an hour plus and no one ever picked up. Placed my call the next day during regular business hours and got excellent service. I think the after hour staff is falling down on the job. People bank check it out by just calling in yourself.

Very unprofessional experience with Veronica ! I asked her a question and she seemed bothered, I will be taking my account elsewhere . Too many unprofessional employees at people’s bank and bank errors! I will report every single one of them . -1

It is inappropriate during a pandemic to have certain type of people working behind the drive-up window. The representative of the company was extremely slow moving, confused, uaccomodating to the elderly and when you are trying to be hygenic, all she could do was complain about how sanitation spray smells bad. If you are so concerned, you need to stay home. A horrible experience, I would never have an account with this bank. Extremely poor customer service and they profile you. I have been a direct victim of their abuse and don't expect for them to apologize. It will not happen.

Very poor customer service. I made a simple request to replace a damaged bill that is mostly intact and their reply was to "Send your request to the Federal Reserve." Really? After 35 years as a Peoples customer I'm looking for a new bank.

Worst banking experience in my life. Lack of knowledge and wrong information. Total waste of my afternoon. I promptly closed the account and went to an Informed institution. Don't waste your time.

I've been a customer of People's Bank for over thirty years. The Stratford, Paradise Green Branch has always provided me with excellent and courteous service. The tellers are experienced and helpful. The managers bend over backwards to insure that you are a satisfied customer.

My experienced at this bank was extremely poor, the lady that helped me did not know what's going on, and she made an error causing me 185.00$ because she clearly didn't know what she was doing and she should get terminated right away, due to messing around with people's money.. I will never ever recommend this bank to anybody!!!!!

Came back to Peoples after 25 years or so. The bank seems much better than all those years ago. Friendly service, free business checking and a zillion locations. Just waiting for mobile deposit for business accounts.
