Been going here for almost 5 years now and I usually never have any issues.. I went about 3 weeks ago for a gel manicure and it was good aside from the shaping not being the cleanest but whatever. I went on Thursday 12/26 for a refill 3 broken nail replacements and one nail was slightly cracked.. By 12/28 the paint started chipping and literally peeling off & the cracked nail from before clearly wasn’t properly fixed because when it popped off while doing my daughter’s hair…

I'm never returning to this nail salon again. How can one manage to ruin a basic manicure with clear polish?! The tech didn't shape my nails at all. Just cut them flat and polished over them. The cuticles still look rough. When I expressed I didn't like them, she pretended to do something, but did nothing at all. I was just too fed up at this point. I left looking like I have a nail bed condition. Now I have to do them over myself. She took absolutely no pride in her work and doesn't prioritize customer service.

Paid over $70 for a gel pedicure. Worst customer service was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. Did not put the ceramic wrap or rub my feet. Talked about me the whole time because the other workers looked at me once the lady would say something. Became upset because I wanted an overlay instead of tips. The very next day my toe is chipped. Stay away from this salon. Overpriced and worst customer service

I went to get my eyebrows waxed a few days ago. While the girl was waxing my brows, she pulled too close to my eyelid. I jumped back in pain and she laughed in my face and did not even apologize. I went to a walk in clinic because I still had a mark left on my eyelid and they told me that I had a second degree burn. Do not trust these people with your eyebrows or any waxing. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I’ve been going here since high school but haven’t been since the old owners retired. My nails still came out as perfect as they usually are and everyone was so nice. This is my go-to place.

Had a gel manicure done by them and went back after 2 weeks to only do a regular pedicure and have the gel polish remove from my fingers. Allen told me it’s $13 to remove the gel polish. Kevin usually says it’s $5.00 but he was not there. I explained that to them but they insisted it’s $13.00. Who pays $13 to remove polish? Never going back.

I first went 1/13 for a gel polish while the way the lady (you you- that's what she said her name was) was very kind and gentle, on 1/18 I went back because 4 of my nails had been chipped and were lifting . Kevin soaked off all the chipped nails and kindly applied another gel while they could not find the exact color he colored over all the other polish and assured me it would be good and that it should last 2/3 weeks, well now it's 1/23 about a week and it's lifting not only is it lifting but I believe there is a fungus there too as my natural nail is tinted grey. They did a kind job just wished they product lasted 5/5 for environment 2//5 for product

Someone else did my toes but Allen did my nails and he was very mean, seemed annoyed with me, and didn’t listen to my request to fix something when I asked. He was nasty and disrespectful for no reason. He also forced me to give a tip for service I did not enjoy. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just paid and left. I’m not paying $100+ again for terrible customer service. Nobody has time for that. DISGUSTING, Disgusting service and I will not be back.

I'm still a loyal customer. When I went yesterday it was very relaxing. I could of fell asleep. It is not loud and crazy. My nails are always done exactly how I want. Very clean salon. They're friendly and polite but are also business minded. I enjoy going here which I couldn't say about other places a few years back.
