Im actually right here right now,had an appoiment at 11:20 is 17 people here. This poor lady had an 10:20am appoiment and shes still here, another guy still waiting since 10 am with appoiment. Just close this dump and save the older people the pain of going thru this mess. The so called nurses keep throwing the doors on peoples faces whenever they ask them a question. You can hear them out here saying that they do not care. Is 17 people out here hearing all this umprofesionals complain about doing their job. Have signs or close it down but this is not acceptable specially for the older people and the ones sitting here that have to not eat before the test smh. Shame on all the people working here right now. It is now 12:10 and she’s the tallest with blonde hair there with dirty lil ankle socks haha the nerve people really need God

Do not come to this location. They are the worst. Staff is unkind and not helpful. I waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back. The door to where labs are being drawn was left open for more than 20 minutes while I was waiting. You could hear what was being said in the lab rooms from the waiting room. Never coming here again.
Update: 50 minutes past appointment time for fasting labs. The woman next to me has been waiting an hour and 20 min past her appointment, also fasting. Go anywhere else

This place has gone down hill.
The older phlebotomist told all walk ins if you don’t have a appointment you will be here for a while because we don’t usually take walk ins on a Saturday. Wait what??? So we waited over an hour for you to tell us it’s going to be even longer..or we may not even be seen. If this is the case please have signs up to communicate this… this is so unprofessional!!!

There's no human interaction other then. Being called for your appt- staff has attitude. They don't take walk in on Saturday. Quest needs to bring back the front office staff. The site is old and worn down- Horrible is all I can say. Oh and they make you pay upfront or they WILL NOT draw your blood- what if someone doesn't have the money that's why bills are sent out but the staff in Stratford CT in Main Street said the patient will be turned away unless they pay!!! Holding someones medical Health hostage

Waited over 40 minutes for a fasting blood draw… and the tech had already called my name before I could get from my car in the parking lot to the door. The draw itself was fine, but for something with fasting/time sensitivity I’d go elsewhere

It was my first time at this location (Stratford, CT). With a scheduled appointment and still waited 30 minutes. The place is old and outdated. The technician who helped me was miserable. Not a smile. Not a thank you. Seemed disgusted to be there.
As convenient as this location is for me in the morning, I most likely will never return there.

Jessy was SPECTACULAR!!! What an amazing experience! Most times at these types of places the staff are sour or grumpy, especially this early in the morning. But thank goodness Jessy made this such a fun time and we parted as friends! Everyone I came across was sweet and courteous! Only thing I would point out is the state of the bathroom, it was not good at all, urine on the floor and everything. But other than that, wonderful! The bathroom is the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5.

Very nice tech who did a great job. I made an appointment and was taken very close to the scheduled time. One of the staff members said there are 5 slots per time you can make an appointment. No problems at all. The Main Street Stratford location has improved immensely over the past few years. Great job!

I had an appt at one location and when I got there there was a sign stating they were closed. I was notified via text only 3 minutes before my appt time that they were closed. Well I was already there.
I made an appt with another location and waited about 25 min in addition to the wait time between the two appointment times.
I only had a specimen drop off which i had stepped out of work to drop off. What should have been only 15 minutes of missed work time turned into an hour and a half do to the negligence of quest
1.) notifying me with ample time that my appointment was canceled or better yet not allowing me to schedule an appt at a closed location and
2.) have to wait so long to drop a specimen off.
When you choose specimen drop off/ pickup you should be put in a different pool when you check in so the staff knows and you don't sit forever. It use to be faster for drop offs/ pick ups.
And thenwhen you get there your told they don't hold insurance info but when I logged in to make my appt my insurance info is there.
GET IT TOGETHER QUEST. You are going way downhill.

The webpage and app had 2 different times for my appointment. The webpage stated they contacted someone but I was never called to correct issue. Upon showing up phone app was so slow that I was in before the app showed that I was there. kind of useless. The webpage still showed a wrong appointment time.
