I always use Quest Diagnostics on Lordship Blvd in Stratford,CT since it is conveniently located near my job. The service and staff are very friendly! It can be a bit busy at certain times and in Friday but I highly recommend this facility! I give it 5 STARS!!!!!

Never in 1 million years have I experience this horrible customer service. I was yelled at by one of the technicians that work here who acts like she ran the place for no reason apparently when they send you a text message and you come inside it’s not good enough, especially when you’re sitting here with a toddler. Yells at my child, even though he’s three. Completely out of line would never recommend going to this location. Would appreciate a call from the office manager or corporate.

technicians were friendly and helpful but lab test care remains poor. My tests were done 72 hours ago and a simple blood test has not been posted to my portal yet.

Although I waited about 10 minutes to be called in, I had the time and was not worried. The attendant worked efficiently and I also paid an outstanding bill from a previous visit. I was pleased with my visit.

I was a little worried because my six year old other than when she was a premie in the hospital has not done blood work since. They were extremely professional put my daughter and me at ease it was quick she looked away and it was all done. I was really impressed. I would recommend this location to anyone. It’s actually my preferred location on Lordship Boulevard.

PLEASE THIS IS THE WORST THING I COULD VISIT I WENT WITH A PERSON OVER 90 YEARS OLD and these people what you had was a party and the people didn't attend, there wasn't a soul of God and what they did left this person waiting for more than three hours, the poor man had to wait until his time. Those three hours, there was no one while inside the office, what was felt was laughter and chatter.

Went to the office 10/12/21 to have my husband get bw and the woman with black hair was loud obnoxious just plain rude. Asked multiple times if we made an appt and I said no it’s a walk in and we checked in and registered already. Continued being loud and asked again if we made an appt. I explained we were sent over from the dr with lab slips and then asked why we didn’t make an appt. Took my husband in and in the same said the same thing was rude and made him feel uncomfortable as she was the one drawing the blood. Then said oh your dr put the labs in for tomorrow so why are you here now. I’m not understanding the employee at all it makes no sense your a lab a walk in lab at that. Very unprofessional performance from her, why are you working there if you’re just going to treat patients the way you do. Still no results either, wouldn’t be surprised she messed up.

One Spanish lady was really rude , I took a drug test gave it to her just for her to tell me to do it again because there was no temperature, so I had to sit there in the waiting room drinking cups of water just so I can pee again , very uncomfortable experience I hope you guys do something about this

I never seen medical health workers act this unprofessional I am in shock, today Jan 14 I came in for a school drug test I was greeted in the most unprofessional way, then the two spanish lady's working there look at each other asking them self if they do school drug test here like if both of them were new, due to them not knowing if they do the service I was told is too late now to do a drug test they stop at 1245 when I clearly was there around 1225 with no other patients waiting or being attended. It took them 20 minutes to serve me while they were on the back talking and doing nothing the whole time. Quest should fix them and terminate those employee horrible in every way
