It's summer. They have no AC. No air flow period. Was only inside 10mins. Got nauseous and almost passed out. Will not be going back. Worse part..the poor employees. With no AC. Working all day. Terrible company to work for obviously

Visited this exact location recently. Entering store I immediately started to get a migraine from the EXTREMELY LOUD Spanish music BLARING from speakers placed above racks. Corporate is obviously NOT doing their job overseeing how this location is being conducted. I have shopped at many Rainbow locations in Connecticut and have NEVER experienced music blaring from speakers as if Iam in a Nightclub atmosphere. It was a HORRIBLE experience I also noticed that the cashiers are not well trained they all(3) spoke Spanish in front of customers which all(3) spoke perfectly English btw) will do more investigation as to WHO is in charge of this location and WHY are the current employees are not PROFESSIONAL

I tried to return a bra set but unfortunately couldn’t due policy but I must say the person who was in front couldn’t ask her name but she might be on her late 40s/early 50s, light brown hair and I think Latino was SUPER MEGA KIND, she even take a moment to help me out and try few of them.I really hope she keeps working on costumer service cause she was super professional and sweet.Thank you so much!
