I have been trying to get my beds repaired for 12 days now and this place has been giving me the run around. I called on 10/11 to schedule service for one of my beds and was told that they would be sending a link to schedule a technician visit. Within minutes of that phone call my other bed broke and I called them back but no one answered so I left a message about the other bed having just broken. 4 days later I still hadn’t received a link so I called again and was finally sent the appropriate email to schedule a technician visit. Yesterday the technician visited my home (I was at work) and only looked at one of the beds. He told my boyfriend that the bed was severely damaged and that he “could either patch it up or totally replace it” so my boyfriend obviously opted for a total replacement since this was the beds 3-4 repair in 4.5 years. When I talked to my boyfriend afterwards and found out that he didn’t service the other bed I called the store and was told that there was only one bed scheduled and the technician reported that we REFUSED SERVICE which DID NOT HAPPEN!! She said she would call back once the technician returned to the store and I never heard from her. This afternoon I called and was told that the technician reported that the bed was repairable but that we refused service which I explained wasn’t the case. I was told that we would have to be sent a link to schedule a technician to come out yet again. It has now been HOURS and I still haven’t received a link and Jo one is answering for the past hour although they are still open. This is HEINOUS customer service and I will NEVER spend another dime at Raymour and Flanigan based off of my experience over the past two weeks.

This location is horrible when it comes to customer service!! I’ve been going back and forth for two weeks regarding my broken bed that should be COVERED under my 5 year protection!! BOBS discount furniture would NEVER!!! One employee here is amazing, she’s too good for this place. Would never recommend Raymour to anyone! Expensive for no reason!

In a world where throwing people under the bus seems to be the norm, I want to take the time out to give Hermano his props. I'll give you some context. I've been dealing with a platinum protection warranty exchange issue for NEARLY 2 MONTHS to this point NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS EXHAUSTING. I ma de countless calls to different departments and at one point someone even told me that I'm SOL There's nothing they can do for me WHICH WAS CRAZY. out of frustration I went to the warehouse to speak to someone and I got in contact with him he was a complete 180 from my initial experience extremely professional, attentive and followed up on every step throughout the process he completely met my expectations and went above and beyond five stars A+ whatever accolades can be given he got it

Had a couch delivered Wed night. I live in a 2nd floor walk up and the apartment entry is a narrow L shape. I was nervous about how delivery would go. Kieth and Vaughen showed up and had a really good attitude about it. They set everything up and tested it out. Very happy customer here and loving my new waverly. Thanks fellas!!

If I could leave 0 stars for this review I would. Back in July of this year, I called this location to inform them that the metal supports rods of my bed were broken as well as a throw pillow for my couch that needed to be REPLACED. The person I spoke to said they were going to send someone out to fix it after I made it very clear that it could not be repaired. The technician was not only 45 minutes late, but also did absolutely nothing. He confirmed that he should have not been called out to my home initially and that the office should have just replaced the parts. When I called to once again have the agent reorder the parts, I was informed it would take 6-8 weeks for my order to process. Here we are in OCTOBER and I finally got a call to have my “replacement bed and throw pillow” delivered. For starters, the original person who did my order did not order the throw pillow and I have to wait another 4 WEEKS due to someone not doing their job properly. And to make matters even more frustrating, the “replacement bed” I waited nearly 3 and 1/2 months for was just a footboard. This whole experience has been very frustrating and I have never had an issue with a furniture company until I decided to do business with R&F. Only god knows how much longer these people will continue to make me wait, while I continue to sleep on the ground after spending over $3000 with this company. Spend your money elsewhere. The professionalism and time efficiency is very disappointing considering how overpriced and poorly made the furniture is.

Raymour and Flanigan delivered a bed and mattress along with a couch loveseat end tables and a tv stand with fireplace and Bluetooth speakers. From the start the couch made a loud clunk when returning to the upright position ( power recliner). The remote to the speaker doesn’t work and the fireplace makes a loud clicking noise. Have been trying to get fix/replaced for about a year now but they always have an excuse. Garbage products/ over priced and no service. Go elsewhere

Back in June 2020, I attempted to purchase a sectional from Raymour & Flanagan. While I anticipated some delay, due to COVID, it took nearly 4 months during which time I attempted to contact Raymour & Flanagan via email (twice - went unanswered) via text on their automated messaging (three times) and via phone (twice - I spoke with a woman named Colleen both times) in the beginning of September, Colleen, made me aware that there was still no status on my order & that due to COVID and it being a “special order” [we purchased what was available at the time with no specifications to alter the material and/or sectional size - so not sure what was so “special” about it] I asked, “do you think this is a normal frame of time even with COVID for an order to be so delayed?” She proceeded to tell me, “no this seems a bit longer” she told me to call back in a week and check if there was an update and at that time she would cancel my order if there were no further updates.... obviously there were no updates when I called back. She proceeded to cancel my order [September 10th] and told me it would take 2 weeks for a refund. it is now October 7th...Get it together Raymour & Flanagan! While my patience for the couch was longer - to see a refund for something I waited OVER 5 MONTHS FOR!! Is totally unacceptable. Go anywhere else for your customer service and furniture needs!
