Used to be a super nice owner Rick. You would walk in the store he would almost take you by the hand and guide you through what you would like to drink asking questions on what type of drinks you like, if you wanted to try something new. He would always know so much about so many different types of spirits. Not sure if he sold but never saw him again. With the new owners, they are completely careless of their customers.
I walked inside one day and hit my head pretty hard on a board entering the fridge, I’m 5’11”, not a hugely tall dude. The cashier came running and to my surprise laughing at me right in my face. Never apologized, never acknowledged it, never asked if I was okay. All I wanted was some basic customer service, “I’m so sorry! Are you okay?” Or a “yea I asked my manager to fix that a thousand times.” Just some sort of acknowledgement.
Place is a dump now.

Absolutely love! As a California girl I've had trouble finding knowledgeable wine sellers in the area but the manager (possibly owner) is soo helpful and friendly. There is a great wine selection. I would definitely come back!
