I'm not sure this shop is even open. Google maps, and even their sign on the door lists hours, but lights out/nobody home. But I do get a nice haircut here, when they're open.

Never ever ever have your hair colored at Supercuts! In December, I went in to have my hair colored and a week and a half afterwards it had faded, and at least an inch of grey roots were visible! The owner would do nothing about it and said if I paid $40 they would do it color it again. Why would I throw good money after bad?

Cecily was way too slow , I got an appointment for my 2 kids at 2:30 pm Saturday July 6 and she told us to wait 30 min and would take 2 customers before us because she was behind, but she took a hour and 30 min, took 3 customers and tried to get another customer before us, who arrived after us.

I’m convinced Supercuts doesn’t want my money. In the past I would come in as a walk in with no problem. The last time I came in I was turned away because I didn’t make an appointment. Now today I made an appointment, showed up on time and was told “I don’t know when I’ll be able to get to you”. After 20 minutes of waiting it was clear that I would not be able to get my son a haircut within the hour. The solution given was “would you like to come back tomorrow?”. What is the point of making a damn appointment!? So frustrating.

Made an appt online, received confirmation, showed up... and the place was closed, no no there! No signs, no cancellation notice. No a way to run a biz.

I was in dire need for a quick cut and would never normally pop in somewhere I’ve never been but was desperate - I am soo particular with my hair. Celine took me right away, understood and did exactly what I needed, I was in and out and she was awesome.Service: Long haircut

Every time I go they always do something bad, they are mainly without study or experience and the work is super bad now if it is the last time I take my son... I always think that someone different with experience opens and not ?.
In the first photo they removed part of his eyebrow and in the second photo they look stupid with more hair than other sides and the truth is I don't recommend it at all

Called for appointment and she answers so blah and unprofessional. I was like thank you and hung up. No thank you! If you can't even answer a phone friendly, I don't want you cutting my hair!

It was our first visit to Supercuts and Celine took care of us. She was so sweet and was amazing in listening to our concerns and what we wanted. Very happy with our cuts! Will definitely be returning just because of her.
