Just used them for my moving in october. Its extremely easy to schedule the moving. Customer service is always available when u need to easy to reschedule and they helped me to load and unload also from hire a helper. price for a trailer or relocube is fixed based on the space you use. No gamble. Would use them definitely for my next move again.

Just used them for my move sep 2024. North dakota to conneticut. The process was extremely easy. The only people i dealt with in person was the drivers for drop off and pick up. Both drivers were pleasant to work with. I paid a little extra for the option for a guaranteed delivery date. Came that morning on exact date. My trailer was dropped off Friday and picked up Monday. No issues or hidden fees. Will be using them again when needed.
My original quote from another moving company was 10500. I paid Upack 3300 for my long distance move and using 10 ft of the trailer. Big difference that came with excellent service.

As a first time movers we had our doubts. However from the first call through the tracking of the shipment to our new place overseas, all doubt was gone. We recommend U-Pack over La Rosa del Monte. Make sure you follow their advise on packing and securing your items to minimize damage.

Thank you so much ! Your company is outstanding from first contact to delivery in my new state of residence. Sorry it took so long to write this review. Your customer care is excellent. It is rare to have human communication and customer care in this country. I appreciate this aspect profoundly. I was updated every step. The process was very straightforward and simple. No hidden charges and my cube got to my new place much earlier than expected but was safe in storage area till I arrived. All belongings were intact. I have already recommended to others and would call on Upack again if I ever needed.

Easiest move I’ve done. Not $4,000 which I was quoted by other companies to move stuff for me. Only $300 more than uhaul and Penske… and that would have probably been the price of gas anyway. 10/10

I've used U-pack for numerous moves and the service is great. Easy communication, drivers are attentive and careful. One of our pods had a door that was hard to close but other than that, our experience has been great.

we chose u-pack for our move from Connecticut to Kentuck. It was our first time moving out of state. Upon our first call, the customer service was so friendly and helpful and put our mind at ease. We had heard so many horror stories about moving companies, but U-Pack delivered in more ways than one! They called us the day before drop off and the day before pick up. communication was excellent! We had a horrific thing happen and the day of our trailer pick up, our mortgage company told us they couldn't offer us our mortgage due to an abandoned structure on our property! Our closing was postponed and we were devastated. After starting all over again with another mortgage company, we had to contact U-Pack and tell them we needed to wait for delivery of our trailer. They were so kind and understanding and worked with us! With everything we had to stress about, U-Pack made it so we didn't have to worry about our belonging. We had to stay at an Airbnb for a couple of weeks, but we kept in contact with U-pack throughout. We made arrangements with the homeowner of our house and they allowed us to get the trailer delivered before our closing. U-pack was so wonderful in working with us and understanding our difficult situation! I have already recommended them to a couple of people who are planning to move. Nothing matches their pricing and outstanding customer service!

This was my first time to use UPack and it was a large move where I rented two 28 foot trailers going across country from Connecticut to Washington state. It was a very pleasant and smooth experience from beginning to end starting with calling UPack and getting clear answers to all my questions to making changes and reservations then interacting with the very friendly Stratford CT origin service center coordinating the drop off of the 2 trailers at my house at the same time. The UPack has the best tracking system online and everything went according to schedule. The destination service center at Tacoma WA was also very friendly and called me to let me know that my trailers were there and ready for unload. Overall it was the best experience and everyone was very nice and helpful form UPack customer service to Stratford and Tacoma managers, dispatchers, and trailers' drivers. I will definitely use UPack again and recommend them to everyone.

The experience of moving with U-Pack was simply OUTSTANDING!!! I moved from CT to FL with four cubes. From my first phone call to U-Pack to the day they came to pick the empty cubes up in Florida, I was met with professional, courteous and helpful people. The man who came to drop off the cubes in CT, Chris, was unbelieveably nice and efficient and knowledgeable. Same for the driver, Gabriel, who delievered the cubes to our house in Florida! Everything arrived safe and sound and unpacking the cubes was a breeze. Tracking the progress of the cubes with Ellen in the Florida office was great thanks to her understanding and professionalism. With all of the stress that comes with moving, U-Pack gave me peace of mind that my belongings were in good hands! Thank you to the entire U-Pack team!!!

We recently moved our household items from CT to TX. The trailer arrived on the date I asked and on time. The driver who dropped it was friendly and answered my questions about the process of it all and made me aware that it would most likely make it b4 the est time. I had it picked up on the 14th and it was estimated 25th -27th/7-9 business days. By the 19th it was in my area already and ready to deliver whenever I needed it. So for me that was great to not wait and have my things much faster. Also another thing is, it was sooo much less stressful for me to do this instead of driving it all across the country. I also want to mention my driver on destination was friendly as well and helped me figure out the ramp

From the first call to get info..to the delivery of the trailer, Perfection!! Every single person I spoke to gave boat loads of info but it wasn't overwhelming. All my questions were answered. Not one slip up and it was literally the easiest part of my relocation. I have already recommended Upack to several people. Stellar customer service!! Great price!!

Upack provides excellent customer service from the first point of contact to the final delivery of the unit. I was managing this from another state and every step was on time and seamless. The storage moving box that arrived was clean and ready to go, and dropped off in the exact location I requested. The transport people kept me updated on the progress of the travel and the box arrived to my garage door the day promised, with a call from the driver saying he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. Well done.

UPACK has exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. I rarely review anyone, but when a company provides a superior product at very competitive rates and then backs it all up with responsive customer service willing to help whenever necessary, that deserves a 5 Star + review.
