They always provide a fast and secure delivery. I’ve been working with them for a little while but never have an issue though I ship stuff at least once a week.

This UPS location is by for the worst one ever. The workers each make up their own rules every time I go there very inconsistent not helpful at all unfortunately, this is the only one next to me so I have no choice but to deal with this location definitely needs to be shut down or have new management. Customer satisfaction is zero

I am very happy and grateful with the store managers Dee help shipping a package. First it was shipped to Houston but my fiance soon learned that there was no one there to get the package and Dee helped get the package sent back to the store.
Then my fiance wanted the package shipped to Canada not knowing there were customs that had to be paid. Dee helped us get the customs price lowered and the package was successfully shipped. She spent more time helping us than most store managers would have.

Awful management poor customer service as a new mailbox owner & business shipper I went into what should be my friendly neighborhood UPS store to return a box to Amazon. I provided the barcode which was in an email and was told that that barcode needed to be printed and to print it would be five dollars so I asked can you not just scan the barcode from the email like normal she said NO! it will be five dollars extra. That’s the price and then proceeded to show me written policies that they’ve input that says it has to be printed and it has to be paid for to return an otherwise free return! this store is all about making money while providing what should be a free service for Amazon returns! Meanwhile I chose to have some documents notarized across the street knowing ahead of time that this UPS store creates their own additional revenue by upcharging the community so I went back there where they treat their community with respect & kindness she printed the free label for FREE so it could be returned via the UPS store to AMAZON. I STRONGLY advise using any other UPS other than this
