During my recent visit to UPS, I was impressed by the seamless efficiency of their operations. The staff exhibited a commendable level of professionalism and courtesy. The process was swift, and they expertly handled my package with care. Overall, it was very busy and Francine took the time to help me figure out how to do my Amazon return. I will definitely come to this store more. Thank you for all your help and patience and great customer service !

I highly recommend the staff at the ups on Barnum ave. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and friendly smile, making you feel welcomed and valued. a young blonde girl helped me ship out a package and was so delightful, thank you again for all your help.

Wife returned an item for me. They told her it had to be in a box (it was). Fine, she paid for their box. I called Amazon immediately after and they said that it’s not true. So thanks for the Scam! Beyond rude employees. Go to another store.

I went in today as soon as they opened to drop off a package I was shipping out to a buyer. The shipping label was paid for in advance and already on the package. I go in to drop off my package and the guy says he can't accept it because it's a product box (a box that displays the product) and would need to be in a plain brown box. He tried to offer to repackage it stating it would cost more than what I already paid. First time I ever heard this especially since packages come in go like this all the time but I was in a hurry and didn't want to argue with them.I went to the UPS Store in Fairfield instead and they took it no issue. They told me what he said was false, that it was not recommended but they would still need to accept it. Never going here again as I wasted my time.

The staff there is very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. An all around joke. The young Indian woman with the red dot on her head refused to scan both of my return labels resulting in me only getting credit for one item. All around bad experience. She was rude nasty and didn’t seem to have a clue. The older woman wasn’t much better. Stay away from this place.

There are endless bad reviews of this place and they are almost all self-inflicted incidents giving this location a bad name on Google. I went in with a request to do fingerprint scans and other services. There were two people there handling a dozen customers at once. They were wildly patient and sweet and compassionate. I was in there for about 20 minutes getting my fingerprints and saw a slew of different customers come in, they all got treated wonderfully and served quickly. What competence and professionalism these two employees displayed. Please stop leaving 1 star reviews on businesses just because you’re unprepared when you show up. You think this is just a faceless UPS location, but this is a real store with real everyday people who own and operate it trying to make a living. Keep up the good work Stratford UPS and thank you!

Lady would not take my amazon return because it was not in a brown box. I explained and even showed her the picture the amazon delivery person took when they dropped off the package originally, which clearly showed that i did not receive it in a brown box. She didn’t even try to understand and just said it will be $30 to package it when amazon clearly said it was supposed to be free. Anyways, i ended up driving over to the UPS Store in Fairfield and they took the return without questions asked. I was in and out in seconds! Will not be returning here for my amazon returns again.

They train their employees to charge for asking for a small piece of tape. I know for a fact each return they get $1.25 from Amazon. I think you can help out alittle for a small piece of tape. Now you got a bad review and me not coming back to return any more items. Stupid business decisions
