“I decided to put a few luxury items into consignment with this location as it was my first time and unfortunately 2 of my items were incorrectly priced out which would have resulted in me losing over 200 dollars. But thanks to the store manager jackie. She immediately intervened and rectified the situation the same day. Jackie was very professional and went above and beyond to handle the situation. I can without a doubt highly recommend this location for all your consignment needs and if you were to have an issue of any kind make sure to contact the store manager jackie as she will make sure your experience goes smoothly. The store could have easily said oh well mistakes happen not our problem. As im sure some places will definitely do but not jackie she made sure that this problem was handled right away.
