Today, I had a fabulous experience at the Stratford Verizon store.
Josh helped me figure out a rather intertwined family plan & saved me $$ on my monthly bill. He was quite knowledgeable of the services Verizon provided and took the time to answer ALL my questuons.
The other 2 Reps seemed friendly, one was interacting with a senior couple and they were all laughing. Very relaxed atmosphere, I left feeling confident in the services I received

Josh was very pleasent to work with today. I was at work and my android crapped on out me. I was very worried about losing all my info on my android. Josh was able to recover all my info with ease. I highly recommend coming to see him down here in Stratford. Thank you Josh

Lied about my bill 160$ was what I was told multiple times it’s 230$ took old phones don’t trust anyone at this location they lied stereotypical scummy salesmen I worked with Josh and Nate also the other comments about the rude guy yelling have a nice day in a rude way was is Nate watched him do it unhinged needs a doctor
