I just went into this location to make a cash payment on my account. The guy gave me my total and then said there is an in-store payment fee of $3+.I said "nevermind, I will pay it online." The guy got an attitude and became unprofessional saying "you're gonna pay a fee online too you just don't know it" and when I asked him to show me where I would pay a fee online because if he could show the that then I would pay the cash fee. He kept saying, "I don't wanna argue with you," and dismissing me by saying, "Have a nice day. " ... The guy was rude, and I never raised my voice, never gave an argument vibe, and never disrespected him or the store. He did this in front of my 5 year old daughter, all because I said I didn't want to pay an in-store fee to make a payment on my account. Unprofessional and Rude.

Absolutely terrible service and scammers, Don't purchase products on promotion here, go to an official store instead. My family went here to purchase phones, etc... on Black Friday week. We were offered the same promotions offered by Verizon. Come to find out that none of the promotional deals were applied and we were charged full price for the items bought. What makes it worse is that when we came back to request a refund, the store manager outright refused to give us a refund, didn't give us a reason why. Thankfully Verizon themselves provided us with full refunds a month and half into this mess. To all future consumers, avoid this store like the plague.

Josh at Verizon came to rescue the day for me after previously being let down by another rep in their store. After an incident regarding bill changes wasn't explained properly to me, Josh took the extra time in his very busy day to assure I was happy and satisfied. I truly believe that it's people like him that make or break your experience with your cell phone providers. Josh is a true asset to this particular Verizon store, make sure to ask for him if needing any assistance over the phone or in person.

So helpful and knowledgeable. Will be going back to this location exclusively for anything I need regarding my Verizon service. Also the person who helped me needs a raise, I believe his name was Joshua, or that is the name on my receipt. Unfortunately I lost his business card but he was training a new employee and he was fantastic.

If I could give a negative star I would, Josh is a complete incompetent sleeze ball salesman that only cares about his pocket he screwed me two years and tried again this time around except I knew better this time, went because my phone wasn’t charging and automatically a new phone is needed with a new 3 year contract to up my bill, but I went to Milford Verizon and Glenn was top notch cleaned the charging port that was full of lint and we were good . I will never step foot in that store again and don’t recommend anyone going!!!

Unprofessional service. Josh Coleman used me being busy with my kids to give me misinformation and sell me devices that were marketed as free but were not free. When I went back upset to return them (rightfully was a few months after because I was busy), he told me there is nothing I can do to help you, “I am refusing your service and if you do not leave, I will call the police.” Be very careful dealing with this branch
