The worst pharmacy imaginable. My wife had her prescription order placed at 2:30pm. We waited until almost 8:00pm for an update that it was ready. We understand that there are delays, so we reached out directly by calling the pharmacy for an update. We sat on hold for 45 minutes and no one picked up. We then called the store directly and spoke to an associate who said they can only transfer us and let the pharmacy know we’re on hold. We were transferred and sat on hold for another 30 minutes till the phone finally started ringing. Someone picked up, didn’t speak a word, then hung up on me. End of the day, we still haven’t gotten the much needed prescription. Needless to say, we will never use Walgreens again. Switching to CVS for good now.

So grateful for the pharmacist who found my prescription that was mistakenly in the system under my maiden name. It was quite confusing and frustrating until he figured it out. Thank you!

Always awful. I've wanted to review this location for over a year but never did because I want to give it a chance - but I'm done. I live right near this location, like down the street, and it would be nice if I could go there and not wait 10+ minutes on line to check out - every.single.time. The line is usually extended all the way back to the photography desk, with hardly ever more than one person on the register - there are 2 registers! Sometimes I just need to grab some milk, a quick snack or an office supply and I refuse to go there anymore because of this issue. STAFF your store!

This is the worst pharmacy. There is never anyone to assist you to get something from the items that are locked up. More than once I had the same experience where I waited for more than 15 min to get something from the locked items. And even after I went to the cashier and informed her, even after she made an intercom call for assistance, I had to wait another 15 min and still did not get assistance. I left thepharmacy and went to a different one. I would definitely NOT go back there.

Try speaking to an actual human being in the pharmacy. I literally waited 1 hour and 7 minutes to be connected. I reached a point where it said there is one caller ahead of you. And at the 1hr 7min point in the call, it just disconnected. They clearly need more staff. Or the pharmacy manager needs to designate someone to phone calls. Because it's clearly being neglected. And the automated system can only answer a limited amount of questions.

My experience at the pharmacy this morning with Carmen was not a very friendly encounter. Carmen was on her mobile device when I arrived to the drive up window and not once acknowledge me. when she decided to finish up on her mobile device she not once Greeted me! Her demeanor and her body language and also by the tone of her voice and responses she gave me the impression she was irritated and was not happy to be at work this morning !

I have been going there a long time but the last year the pharmacy is go.ne downhill drive thru pharmacy is closed every time I go get script so I quitt using you am using mail order there's a real problem in this store8sal9

I have been trying to use this pharmacy for over 2 years for the convenience of them being a "24/7" pharmacy. In all honesty, I would say 4 out of 5 times that I come to pick up a prescription, they are closed. Forget trying to call in when they actually are open because it takes 30 mins+ for anyone to even answer the phone. I understand there may be staffing issues, but people rely on pharmacies to be able to get their much needed medicine. If they aren't a 24/7 store anymore, then just display that!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! but not everyone. Majority of people is very friendly and helpful but there is one girl in the morning shift i think with nasty attitude. Like hey if your day is bad that doesn't mean you can take that on other people. I do visit this pharmacy quite frequently and i have never encountered any experience like this. THAT ONE GIRL...please welcome the customers in a happy manner.

The worse pharmacy to deal with as both a prescriber and a customer. I have never had a quick or easy time when dealing with this pharmacy to the point where I advise my patients not to use this Walgreens location. If you can avoid using this pharmacy I suggest you do.

Worst pharmacy ever. We have been getting meds from them for years but over the last year or two it has gone downhill. Waiting 3 hours for someone to answer the phone at times, and only one person at the pharmacy counter. They need to close down. We have started switching some of our meds to Yale apothecary. They deliver and are way better.

Auto refills online, this location manipulate the website Manager Kevin Elh is the reason, Prebscriptions not on time. Even with email confirmation. What really is that's No other Walgreens in this side of the woods. Across town to Bridgeport or Milford. Out of Mt route. Guess have to make a sacrifice or change Pharmacy CVS.

I called 10 times and never got a personWent there in person knowing that they always have a line you figure they have more than 1 person on the register, yeah did not. They need to either hire more or close that pharmacy if you don't have the personnel to work.
