Appointment 8 AM checked in at 2:30 AM. Got a door at 6 AM empty 9 AM not bad.

Delivering to this place is a nightmare. I have never experienced what I do every time I come here. Expect to be sitting in your truck for 3 to 6 hours every time and when you check in to see how much longer you get attitude and never a straight answer. They don't care if your clock is running out of time and you have a 2 hour plus drive back to your terminal.

"Warning to drivers: beware of delays at this location. I experienced an extended wait time of over 6 hours at the dock without receiving any updates or support. The staff seemed unresponsive.

Checked in at 12am (midnight). It is now 9:30am and still do not have a door.
Update: Door assignment @10am. Empty @1pm. Only 8 pallets.

ridiculously slow to unload checked in at 7:45 AM for 8 AM. Delivery appointment is 1:pm and I’m still in the door not empty.

HELLO. MANAGEMENT, PLEASE TAKE NOTE, BECAUSE THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE OUTSTANDING, BEGINNING WITH THE GUARD SHACK. DONNA WAS AWESOME, LEAD ME THOUGH WHAT PROFESSIONAL,ON WHAT I NEEDED TO DO.
SEENS THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT YOUR FACILITY, anyway drivers she gives you paperwork to fill out and you bring it to door and put it in the mailbox by door 60 and by the way if you get there early enough there is overnight parking so fill out the paperwork put it in the inbound mailbox go park in the back they will call you early in the morning even before your appointment time and give you a door they assign you a door disconnect pull in front of the trailer very simple JASON is the man NICK called me very very outstanding good instructions thank you JASON for a quick on loading also drivers very very quick follow the rules that’s all you have to do is follow the rules this is a great place do not trash it do not disrespect it’s all about respect. Very polite here people are polite people are nice people are upfront, checking out thank you Darlene the guard checking out in the morning again drivers be respectful don’t be in a hurry be respectful this is a great place to deliver management for C &S. WHOLESALE GROCERS, please take note you have a very good staff here. And by the way I deliver all 48 states I live in Arizona but I’m originally from Connecticut and it’s good to be back home there is no place like. C& S . Is this the Silletti deserves 10 stars not five stars but 10 stars again drivers please respect this facility, and I did not notice or no one told me but I did not have to use but I did not notice a public restroom so inquire about that drivers. But otherwise you do have overnight parking here if you get here early enough I arrived at midnight for 8 AM appointment. Was called at
0500 . FINISHED UNLOADING AT 0600.

I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about this place is far from quick over 5 hours unloading time is inexcusable I missed my other appointment for my next load be prepared to wait long hours and pray for detention after.
