We've watched them grow from refurbishing furniture & antiques in there garage, to starting an antique store & now they have their own saw mill and kilns to create their own brand of furniture. We need more small businesses like this with integrity and the ability to stay in business for over 10 years. Geoff & Ellen are a family business that should be supported and encouraged in their efforts to continually grow the rustic brand that they've created.

Horrible craftsmanship.Lumber quality is terrible.Has you pay in full prior to delivery. Won't fix any craftsmanship problems.Promises to refund your money and pick up the item but then doesn't follow through.We ordered a kitchen island had it delivered and it came with defects. They took the defective pieces back to the shop for repair and brought them back in unacceptable condition. The installer convinced us to reinstall the defective pieces and said the owner would contact us to rectify the issue. On top of that the installer damaged the defective piece even further by bouncing it and gouging the wood on our ceiling while carrying it into the room.After leaving them several voicemails and sending text messages the owner finally got back to my wife leaving her a voicemail stating that it wasn't worth his time and gas money to have his crew come back and forth so he was just going to refund us the money and pick up the piece. Well that never happened. We left them several messages again responding to his voicemail and they would not answer or return our call.We ended up sending a 30-day demand letter certified mail through an attorney with no response.I've thought about taking them to small claims court but in order to do that now I have to take time off from work and even if I win I still have to collect the money from them.If you would like to see pictures, text messages and even listen to the voicemail from the owner himself stating we were going to get a refund please email me anytime at
[email protected] will even provide you with my address so you can come to my home and view this piece with your own vision. When you see the shrinkage between the boards and the bare unstained lumber, that alone will turn you off and make you realize there is no quality control within this company.I look forward to the owner's response so I can read all the lies to remind me the type of business owner he is that doesn't stand behind his product.For those of you considering purchasing from this company, do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. Purchase elsewhere .If I could leave a negative star review, I would!

We sat with Ellen & Geoff while Ellen personally designed this beautiful piece for our kitchen. I had some pictures with thoughts on what I was looking for. We sat for over two hours and it was like sitting with friends. Could not be happier. We have also purchased a table from them. Next up will be a bench for our entry way. Worth every penny.

Purchased a farm table from them when we purchased a new home. Since then the table has warped, is not level, boards separated and holes plugs have popped out. The wood was clearly not kiln dried as promised.
