I have been going to the cvs since it has opened. So I have seen this business start at it's peak and watch it decline. Through out the years, the workers have been very well to me and my son. But recently according to my son and multiple of his friends a certain worker has been following them around and harassing them through out there entire time in the store. I was there yesterday and watched a huge argument break out between the worker that has been harassing the kids and just a normal worker due to the harassing worker telling him to watch the kids in the store instead of doing his job. There was fighting and lots of yelling in front of the kids in the store and I was there for the whole thing. And from what I have heard the harassing worker is back and my son had just been yelled at for taking to long to buy an item today. He said the lady was following him and his friends around watching them the whole time and just looking at them instead of doing her job. Overall the cvs is perfectly fine very well taken care of but very pricey as well. That's the only reason I give it two stars. But the one worker and many other workers just like her are completely rude to all kids in the store and even some of the adults who have not done anything. If they could talk to the worker and tell her what she should be doing this store would be much nicer. I would recommend not going to the cvs during after noon hours unless you would like to watch kids get yelled at and maybe even be yelled at yourself for doing nothing at all.

These C*nts can't update their hours to show when the pharmacy is closed. FYI it's apparently 130-2 when the website shows it's open all day. Apparently this has been going on since COVID, staffing shortages. I get it, but at least say something...don't just have a bright pink poster INSIDE handwritten with the 'lunch breaks' on the back wall. Amateurs

Terribly run they are highly understaffed the manager does nothing to advocate and help the customer's just sits in the back and doesn't help at all I went in to get my flu shot and on the sign it said appointments recommended but it didn't say they were required the lady at the counter said it was subject to availability while there was NOBODY waiting for it all it could take was a simple shot in my arm but no the lady at the pharmacy had to complain and make it seem like a big deal not to mention I asked to make a appointment and she said you're supposed to make it online what's the point of getting a flu vaccine when it's not convenient not to mention the manager did nothing to advocate for the fact there was nobody there they could have given me a shot and I would have been on my way but made a big fuss not to mention they always mess up medication's here and sometimes don't fill them at all this place is overall terrible as you can see from the many other reviews I won't be coming back here again

Manager is not a very nice person, I won't mention names. I am being generous giving two stars. Just letting you know in advance she will fight you on giving you a coupon for EXPIRED printer ink or not talk to you about the expired printer items. She says it's a warranty date so if something goes wrong- you're SOL. So I suggest checking it- or going to Costco to fill your printer ink, or just NOT getting printer ink there. One is literally from 2017. Also I purchased quite a few items- and never got a receipt to my email- or even a print out. Which is entirely frustrating. I had to call, the screen apparently froze. And now I have to go back and pick up a receipt. I just think it's funny they would sell old printer ink that the warranty is way expired on. Do yourself a favor go to Costco or Staples and get yourself some NEW printer ink with people that are nice and not rude. The rest of the staff is nice it's just the manager had an attitude. I think I must have found about 10-11 ink cartridges that were out of "Warranty". It's funny because everyone I have asked has never heard of printer ink having a warranty date. Just so you know CVS was ordered a while back to give out courtesy coupons for expired items, well apparently this isn't one of them according to her. She was also extremely rude when she came and acted like I wasn't there. One of the employees went to ask her if it was expired, she came back instead of the employee- she knew I was standing there waiting to see if it was an item that was expired. She just ignored me didn't say anything and locked them up. I will try to give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was just having an off day. Everyone needs grace, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I just didn't appreciate being treated that way as a customer. Being in the retail/service industry, I would never treat a customer that way.
