Never again. Scam, in my opinion. See picture. Took my two year old Honda lawn mower for a tuneup. Only contact after drop off was the call to pick it up, and there's no contract at drop off, just what you see. So spark plug and air filter not included, that's the "parts" extra part, even though that should be included in a tuneup. HERE'S THE SCAM (in my opinion). They said they couldn't sharpen the blades because they were in too poor condition. So they replaced them. Without asking. Or even letting me know. And then charges me. I wasn't unhappy with the cutting - I brought it for the engine and a sharpen would be a bonus. They offered to put the old parts on but it would take a few days. I did pay, cuz it wasn't crazy expensive, didn't want to waste time, and who knows what happened to the old parts. I will look to contact Honda directly and look into a complaint with state AG. If I wasn't a working stiff and had time, I'd certainly consider small claims court.

Worst consumer experience I’ve ever had!! The work performed on my riding mower was to industry standard, the price gouging wasn’t. Charged $12 for adding a gallon of 87 octane gas; separate charge for spark plugs even though the $160 tune-up fee is supposed to cover the change of plugs; huge up charge over retail cost for new carburetor.

I dropped off a $4000 walk behind Honda mower, that wouldn't start, to be serviced at D and F. They called me back, stating that it needed a carburetor, and possibly other work once it starts. They then asked me if I wanted to junk it??? Junk it over a $150 carburetor - Ummm, no thanks. I paid their $27 diagnostic fee, and fixed it with an $89 carb from Amazon.Might want to get a second opinion if they ask you if you want to junk it.

Wanted a Honda lawnmower, but wanted to see a model before deciding which one. They don't do floor models, and "only take them out of a box when a customer buys one." Great way to not get my business.

I've bought leaf blower, trimmer, snowblower and mower all with great experience. My snowblower had a defect from the factory and broke first time I used it. They gave me a loaner to finish my driveway and repaired for me same day! That won my business for life.Have not had any issues with equipment purchased and their servicing of the equipment.
