They are now considered my go-to mechanics. Always honest, and if they can't do it, they'll point me to the right place. Honesty is huge when it comes to vehicle maintenance. They could of taken my money and wasted my time on numerous occasions. Honesty goes a long way.

While on vacation, our brakes started grinding. I called them, they said it would be a week. I explained my situation, they said bring it in and they would get it in asap. All 4 brakes replaced same day!! Amazing customer service and quality job completed.
Thank you Doane’s. It is a pleasure doing business with a family business that made a Kentucky boy feel like there are caring people still exist.

my car. 2005 Toyota Prius. I had an accident on 01/20/2024. The police called a tow truck. This company came and towed my car. They picked up my car on Saturday afternoon and it remained in their park until Monday morning. Not even 50 hours left in total. Anyway, I went there. To tow my car from there. A cocky old white racist man came. I said I would pay. and I asked how much should I drink? The man first said $700. Then he said $500. When I said to the man that you asked for a lot of money, the man said that if you talk a little more, I will make $550. and I wanted to pay by card. The man did not accept. He just wanted cash. This business is a scam.. because they take money from people according to their own wishes. To summarize briefly, they rob people.

Very nice front desk, however made a trip over on my lunch break from MA for emissions testing, which is listed under their services, and they do not do testing. Had tried to call all morning for info, and their phones were out of service.

A first time customer but definitely not the last time I will use Doane's. I appreciated the small business vibe with personalized care, a kind and knowledgeable staff, and very reasonable pricing. The mechanic called me to outline the repairs options for both OEM and aftermarket parts and provided easy to comprehend guidance. Highly recommend!
