“11/04/2023 my first time shopping at any Harbor Freight and by far was a great experience. I was shopping for a Safe and was told to come to HF and happy I did. When I came to the supply storage all I had to do was mention that I was the one who called about it, he had the parts pulled within a couple minutes. Spent 5 minutes in the store and was on my way. “I really like Tractor Supply, and have bought a lot of stuff there, but my main concern is there lack of inventory. Multiple times I have gone there and the thing I wanted wasn't on the shelf. Especially lawn fertilizer and cat food. I've had to order online and do store pickup because they didn't have what I needed. Staff is pretty friendly, but can be hard to find if you have a question. It's the best at what it is, because few stores carry the items TSC does anymore. I recently started raising chickens and have been going here regularly for feed and pine shavings. Luckily, those two items have always been in stock.”

“Two evenings ago my furnace broke and as luck would have it the low that night was 12 degrees. The following day I attempted to have my furnace serviced only to find out it needed to be replaced and would take a few days. Fortunately I have two pellet stoves. Unfortunately I had just maxed out my credit card and then some to replace my furnace. I have only been a customer at Valley Home and Garden for the purchase of my pellets as of late Nov 2019, I just moved into this house. I went into Valley today and explained my dilema to Fred and told him my house was cold and I had kids at home and asked if I could please take a few bags of pellets and return the following day to pay for them. He said "absolutely! How many do you need?" I told him that I thought 4 would get me by and happily thanked him with a promise to return with payment the next day. He said "not to worry about it" only asked for my phone number and said I wouldn't hear from them for atleast a week and to take my time getting back to them. As I was loading my 4 bags into my car Fred came outside and said "would you like 8 bags? I don't want your house to be cold". What an incredible jesture and what an amazing act of kindness. I am truely greatful to Fred and those at Valley Home and Garden. I will be a return customer for life. Thank you.”

“Let me preface this by saying (no offense to hardware stores) but I think these are the most boring stores in the world. BUT! This Home Depot location gets five stars because they let in dogs. Which is great. Not sure if all of them do but this one does. Went shopping for blinds today for my brother's new place, and the worker who helped us was nice and knew what he was doing so that worked for us. I don't remember what his name was--sorry!! Stopping in the bathroom with my daughter to change her diaper and wow! This bathroom is the cleanest bathroom I've EVER seen in any store, anywhere. I even commented that to my mother and she laughed, it was great! Cashing out, had no problem doing so. The only issue that I had, was that my mom was looking around and at the register next to us, there was a couple who was arguing and all she did was GLANCE in their direction and the male told her to "mind your own f***ing business". THAT is not acceptable. I understand that the establishment itself has nothing do to with how a customer speaks, but still. That's not cool.”

“We went to the Westfield MA Home Depot to purchase a Christmas lawn decoration and a special light module. We met Susan and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed and found it for us. We could not find the Christmas decoration so she helped us with that too. She had to get another associat, Angelo to help with this because they did not have any in the store. Together they were able to find one at another store. We then went to the service desk where Susan and Sharon were able to call the other store and the associat there personally made sure they had one and set it aside for us to pick up the next day. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional service. We wish there were more people like this Home Depot should be very glad to have such wonderful employees ❤”
