Did a 1 week drop in while I was in town for the holidays, great facility and plenty of class times to work with anyone’s schedule. Everyone seems nice and workouts were fun

Dropped in on September 19. Great facility. The owner was very hospitable and Coach Jason and everyone made the class a great experience.

Friendly people with a huge clean space. The coaching and equipment is high quality. Out of state drop in was easy to sign up and I felt at home.
