“Great people & Great service,I was politely greeted & asked if I needed any help.. I rented a 26 foot truck for 830am . Called and let them know I was running late. From the second I pulled in and drove off took no longer then 10 minutes . Drop off was super easy fast. I'm a small business owner from out of state doing a friend a favor. “Spent 2 hours of my life here, not gonna bother with a bad review but the manager of this place is not consumer focused and is also simultaneously BAD at their job. I would NOT recommend, save your time and efforts and go elsewhere. This place ain’t it.*update*The manager called me and straightened everything out. He was really nice & helped me out for the error. This was a system error so I shouldn’t have been able to reserve the items I reserved.Thank you!”
