Diamond was a freaking dream. They were understanding of my retahdid ways and the need to clip my $4 expiring that day coupon.. I mean halloo? They got it. Wicked sweet, professional, warm and just did their job, and did it well. Def would stop by just to visit and say whuddap nvm if I needed something and was nearby JS.
Neveah- very similar tbh.. I was at this location probably 10 mins total, a few of those mins I probably asked 5 questions and Neveah was wicked kind and informative. Was multi tasking putting inventory away as I asked, but was no doubt that I had her full attention. Very productive, hardworking and well ran team. Love to see it. THEY DESERVE A GOOD RAISE. INFLATION? UH HELLO?”

I started coming here 2 years ago. They always answer my calls and they always deliver my prescriptions in a timely manner. They trust me to pay the bill once its delivered (which I will always do).
My medication is always in stock and the staff is always friendly.
Whoever was complaining about having to wait. This world doesnt revolve around you. These people truly do care. Ill drive an hour out of my way if I have to.

“I have been using this pharmacy for over 30 years. One of the pharmacists, Maria, has saved my life numerous times. I am allergic to 15 different drugs. Over the years, some of my doctors have prescribed medicines that contained some of the drugs I was allergic to. Maria was quick to realize this and didn't fill the prescription. She called the doctor to alert them of their oversight and to get a replacement prescription. I also like Walgreens because it's easy to get an appointment to get a vaccine injection.”
“I normally go to this CVS location to pick up my medication’s. They’re normally always in stock occasionally they have to be ordered. I think because it’s so close to the hospital. Most prescriptions are in stock. I used to know all the Pharmacist and all the staff, but they’ve had different people lately, although the majority of the pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient although you may have a long waiting time depending on what time you go be aware that they do have a lunch hour. I’m not sure of the time you’d have to call to check, but they are closed for an hour for lunch I believe it’s around 1 o’clock, but I’m not completely sure the parking lot is small and it is difficult to find parking, but I have been going there for several several years and I don’t like switching pharmacies and changing my prescriptions to a different place. Even if it is another CVS I do drive out of my way to get to this location although I do miss some of the previous Pharmacist very much. The current one is very efficient and helpful. The store cleanliness is not the best but it is an older Facility. The upfront staff that deals with purchases have always been very friendly and I know them as well. they always wave and say hello when they see me all in all I’m satisfied and happy with this place at this time.”

“I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!”

“I just came back from picking up some prescriptions and an over the counter medication and couldn’t of had a better experience. The person who greeted me at the cash register had a big smile on and wished me hello. After I told her what prescriptions I wanted she informed me one wasn’t ready but if I wanted to wait, ended up being less than a few minutes, she would expedite it, which she must have.I also needed an over the counter medication and the pharmacist validated my use and informed me about some of the side effects that help me select the correct product and dosage.Great experience- thank you so much. Tough job that usually only gets complaints.”
