I started coming here 2 years ago. They always answer my calls and they always deliver my prescriptions in a timely manner. They trust me to pay the bill once its delivered (which I will always do).
My medication is always in stock and the staff is always friendly.
Whoever was complaining about having to wait. This world doesnt revolve around you. These people truly do care. Ill drive an hour out of my way if I have to.
Never again will I go to CVS or Walgreens. I tell everyone I know how awesome this pharmacy truly is.”

“I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!”

“I just came back from picking up some prescriptions and an over the counter medication and couldn’t of had a better experience. The person who greeted me at the cash register had a big smile on and wished me hello. After I told her what prescriptions I wanted she informed me one wasn’t ready but if I wanted to wait, ended up being less than a few minutes, she would expedite it, which she must have.I also needed an over the counter medication and the pharmacist validated my use and informed me about some of the side effects that help me select the correct product and dosage.Great experience- thank you so much. Tough job that usually only gets complaints.”
