The postal workers are always kind, helpful, and efficient when I go in to mail a package

Had to take a broken Mother's Day gift that had been jammed into a mailbox that was smaller than the package which damaged the piece of art work. I was told that l had to go online and file a complaint if l wanted the almost $9 postal fee returned. No customer service provided by the Post Master there.
