Throughout the years the entire staff and the owner of this pharmacy have demonstrated exceptional customer service. In person visits always came with a welcome friendly greeting. The pharmacy offers quality services that in my case exceeded the customer services of the larger chain pharmacies. The team of excellent pharmacists have always taken the time to provide important medication related information and at times conducted a one-on-one consultation if requested. The pharmacists also tend to be more familiar with customers and offer advice and recommendations regarding medications, answering questions that may arise pertaining to related treatment in addition to the ability to access and review medications and discuss the medications, including potential side effects and interactions with clients. The receipt and dispensing of completed prescriptions to customers in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy, reliability in filling these requests and a shorter wait time in most cases than the large-scale pharmacies. Various vaccines for flu, viruses, and a range of other preventive services in promoting overall health and preventing or delaying disease. They offer an excellent delivery service in addition to in-person pharmacy pickup services. The pharmacy offers diversified medical diagnostic testing equipment and so much more. It is pivotal during these difficult and challenging times combined with technology rapidly developing and evolving at an unprecedented rate that demands the need for this type of pharmacy where we can enjoy the benefits of good health and yet be recognized as a person and not some inanimate statistic or a meaningless numerical value among the masses. I love the fact that everything is already ready for me and the process is very quick when I go in to pick up medication. If something happens to not be ready they will get it ready right away. “She is the best. Last year I went to her because my skin was a mess. The dermatologist spent about 5 mins with me and prescribed me creams which were toxic and made it worse. Went here and she spent more than and hour between customers asking me questions and writing down information. I did what she suggested and took the supplements and my skin started to clear up. I went back for probiotics. I will continue to go see her. So kind and caring. She is a small business so of course her prices will be higher. So for some to give her one or two ⭐⭐ is utterly ridiculous in my opinion.”
