Was very disappointed to come home after they filled my oil tank to find an additional charge on my receipt for a part they added to where my tank gets filled. I was not made aware that they might do this and in all the years I have had oil delivered no one has stated this is mandatory in CT. I called and let them know how displeased I was and they could have cared less. I won't use them again!!

My husband and I have been using Select Oil since 2014. If there were a way to rate them with more than 5 stars I would because this company is wonderful! Not only do they have the best oil prices around, their customer service is top notch! The receptionist is very nice and helpful and whoever delivers our oil (usually the same man) is always very friendly. We could not ask for better service! Call them today you will not be disappointed!

Oil was cheapest but the driver was drunk or first time or just didn't care. He completely ruined the right side of our driveway. The driver started backing up incorrectly from the street level and continued . Owner Jason failed to solve the problem in any sort of way. He had the manager Terry send out a couple of guys to fill in the 12 inch deep trench on the side of our driveway. These individuals managed to partially fill in some of the trench and direct torrents of water into our driveway. Jason's response as to how he let this happen with his company was "well you can't keep guys off their cell phones." What should have been a very simple repair job has turned into an ugly mess. These are all symptoms of the business that does not care about of customers.
