The worst bank and very selfish, Christmas eve, they online hours said they will close at 6pm , went at 2pm said all branches close into monday not Saturday but monday so for those without a ATM card are stranded for Christmas and snow storm, no other bank i looked up did this only thomaston savings bank , well time for family and i to change banks , most selfish mood possible and very unprofessional when talking customers service. Keep away from banks like this one.

One of the most dysfunctional organizations I have ever had to deal with. I call because I have an issue with my account and I can't hear the CSR because if the laughing and giggling there, sound like they are in a bar during happy hour. The only reason I deal with them is because it's the closest bank to me but now time to change. My advise is to don't get involved with this bank!

Having a problem with this bank on automatic renewal of a CD for my 88 year old mother in assisted living. I am giving them a week to try and work it out. Stay tuned.

Not just good, but excellent service is provided at this bank. This the better of the two TSB's in close proximity in Thomaston.

I loved working with Mark Crook from start to finish for a commercial property we purchased a few months back. He was very professional and knowledgeable and when we closed, he brought by a wonderful congratulatory box of chocolates. What a nice touch! His customer service is first class.
