“Staff Was Very Welcoming Store Was Very Clean And The Gentleman Even explained To Me The Different Vapes And I Wasn’t Disappointed I Will Be Coming Back And Highly Recommend”
“Fantastic Shop and a wonderful owner. I stopped in for a cigar for a friend for his birthday and the owner spent a great deal of time helping me. He was so kind and patient. Five Star Shop for sure.”
“This is my favorite little spot!! Everyone is always so friendly & talkative, when I go in there it feels more like i’m going to visit my friends rather then a store! It’s always clean & always smells SO good in there!! 10/10 recommend ?”
“Great small town head shop that has some nice heady glass, huge Stevie P collection and some of his earlier stuff.
This place was around when Stoked was selling china glass. True OG of the scene.”
“i went to this store to grab a vape, They had many selections and the young guy at the counter helped me to pick out the best one according to my flavors liking, i also seen that they had some exotic snacks that are rare to come by in my part of town. Very clean store, various options and great customer service. Would definitely recommend it”
“Great people fast service and always have u want if not they will order it and have it for you .one of the best places to go to in bristol ,Connecticut highly appreciated”
“Hands down the best smoke shop in town! This place has everything you could possibly want and more. Their kratom and 7OH selection is top-tier, and the variety of bongs, hookahs is amazing. They even carry a premium cigar collection and high-quality CBD products that are always well-stocked.
And here’s the best part: they just restocked Raz and Geek Bar, which are hard to find in most places right now. Not only do they have them in stock—they’ve got them at prices so low they beat everyone else by a huge margin.
One thing that really makes this shop stand out is their unbeatable deals—especially on vapes. They’ve got a great offer where if you buy 2 vapes, you get $4 off any vape, all their big bongs are 40% off, which is an absolute steal for the quality they offer.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a smoke store that truly has it all with the best deals in town, this is the place to go!”
“First time stopping in today. Had the pleasure of being assisted by a girl name “E” From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I needed and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. It's clear that she cares about customer satisfaction and wants to ensure that everyone leaves happy with their purchase. Her recommendations were spot on, and I left feeling confident in my choices. I look forward to returning to the shop and receiving her excellent service again. Highly recommend!”
“Absolutely a great shop with a wide selection of vapes and smoking accessories.
I bought a vape, I hated the taste of it. It made me want to gag. So I brought it back.
The kind employee exchanged it for me, for something else- free of charge.
In a day and age where I could’ve been fed the usual line of “well this is used, we can’t return it blah, blah, blah.”
They didn’t do that. They treated me right. This type of customer service is rarely found these days and the service I received was above and beyond.
Now I am a customer for life!”
“Great little store. Friendly staff, very helpful. They started carrying a decent assortment of kratom advanced akaloids for okay pricing compared to online prices; my go to retail store for these. Of course they have tobacco needs, papers, cones, small assortment of pieces.”
“A great smoke shop in Torrington. If smoking of any kind, even pipe tobacco, is your interest, then you will likely find it here. Good selection of quality cigars. Nice aroma from the large incense collection. Easy to park right in front.”
“Not bad at all, the seller was very knowledgeable and recommended me the items I was looking for. Even though my request was rather specific and took us some time to find, she stuck with me. Thank you so much!”
