Though the employees are nice, they will raise your rate on you and claim to send you a postcard in the mail that the unit price is being raised, despite not receiving one. I’ve contacted front desk and they said they had documentation of it being sent. After asking for the proof to be emailed, they proceeded to ignore my emails following up on the situation. I currently live across the country, so I cannot go in person to discuss this. They had more than doubled my rate over the past year. Very disappointed. They also ask for a five star review in return for lowering the rate a small percentage after raising it more than 70%, hence the great reviews.

I had a fantastic experience with Matt at the storage facility! He helped me find the right-sized unit at a very fair price, and even matched the online rate, which I really appreciated.
Matt took the time to walk me through the agreement and showed me two different unit sizes to help me decide.
He went above and beyond to get me a unit close to an exit, which is perfect since I’ll be moving things in and out myself.
Matt was incredibly friendly, kind, and considerate throughout the whole process, and I’m grateful for how quickly and smoothly he made everything happen. Thank you, Matt!

From move in to move out (with Carrieanne!) the experience couldn’t have been more smooth and friendly. I parked my pop up camper here right after the facility opened and it has been absolutely pristine ever since. I’ve since moved out of the area, so it served its purpose perfectly. Thanks for the great service and facility. Highly recommend.

Carrieann, the facility manager at Tolland CT location, is amazing. I called wanting to downsize units due to the price going up on the unit I had. She is trying to put the price back down to the original price when I first got the unit. She is super nice and accommodating.
