About Frozen Food Express
Frozen Food Express provides a helpful environment for drivers, though it does not offer overnight parking for outside trucks. Check-in requires a call with a pickup number, and while the loading process can be slow at times, staff members, including yard jockeys, are noted for their friendliness. Some drivers have reported positive experiences, such as early loading and access to facilities like bathrooms and break rooms. The location is described as beautiful, and mechanics on-site are praised for their excellent service. Overall, the staff is recognized as nice and accommodating.
