On DoorDash I left a poor review and I don't know how to fix it. The gentleman that works there and the store itself is excellent. However, be careful trusting DoorDash as I was no played by the store, the driver tried to take my order. The store owner knew something was up, sent him away and corrected the problem.

Great wine selection and good craft beer selection. Noticed recently they also carry a fine assortment of cigars.

What started off as a bad experience turned into a very good one. I door dashed some items to my home and when I received it, I ended up not getting everything I ordered. I called the store and spoke to Jason. He was so polite and pologetic. He even, personally drove to my house to deliver the rest of what I purchased. Thank you very much

They seem to have a nice selection of wines but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I excepted to see some signs by type of wines instead of country of origin. Even when I found some pinot noirs, I couldn't find the brands I was looking for. (I guess alphabetical order would be too simple) I kept hoping someone would help but no such luck. I left empty handed.

I don't like to give 1 star reviews, but this one is warranted. I went to Maximum Beverage in Tolland to buy a couple thing and return the empties that have been piling up. The empties were all washed, boxed, and counted. When I brought them into the store the sales associate told me he wasn't equipped to handle my empties. I pushed him to reconsider because they are obligated to accept returns per DEEP and I didn't want to bring them back home. He got the manager on the phone for me. The manager asked me if I was "some kind of a$$ ho!e". I understand that handling empties is a hassle, but these guys were unreasonable. I will not be going back there!
