Everyone in the office was upbeat and kind. Stephanie was wonderful and made me feel completely at ease seeing as this was my first mammogram. The entire process was painless and easy due to the efficiency of the staff. I will certainly continuing coming here for any medical imaging needs in the future!

Amazing staff. Stephanie was so nice. Put me right at ease. High quality machines. No over booking the waiting room. Clean! Efficient. A scan, in and out in 13 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough! This review is after going 5 years in a row. Consistently good.

Just had the most pleasant MRI with Jennifer! She made it 100% non-stressful; I'm pretty sure I would have been napping if the machine wasn't clanking away ?. Service was prompt, staff were friendly, overall a very good experience!

I just back from my husbands first MRI. Jennifer administered the MRI. She was super patient and kind with my claustrophobic husband. We were able to complete the test. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tolland Imaging.

I went there this morning for my first MRI. The staff was friendly and helpful. The tech, Jen, was fantastic. She kept me relaxed and checked often to see if was doing OK. Would definitely go back there !!!!!!

I had to wait 3.5 weeks to be seen here for an MRI. I was told I would be put on a waitlist, but there were no cancellations. The MRI tech was friendly and personable....until the machine "stopped working" in the middle of my MRI. She became clearly anxious, loudly yelling at me and told me I "would have to come back another time," which was extremely confusing and upsetting because I had already been in the machine for approximately 40 minutes and was becoming uncomfortable and worried about why it was taking so long. She was so flustered she forgot to have me put the ear protection on....and the machine was incredibly loud. I felt unsafe without the proper ear protection, and the noise hurt my ears but I was afraid to say anything because the tech was clearly overwhelmed, aggravated and wasn't behaving professionally. I eventually had to ask her to allow me to put them back on and at that point I was panicking and crying because of the bizarre situation I was in. The tech was very rushed and rough with my injured leg and I left the office in worse pain than when I came in.It was an overall very stressful and extremely unprofessional experience. I understand that technical issues come up, but a tech's behavior should always be professional and calm, not hectic and yelling. I was there for a medical procedure which is NOT fun and definitely not something I was willing to put off even longer. Her banter about having to come back made the situation way worse than it had to be and should not have been discussed with me while I was in a machine being asked to "hold still".My best advice to this business: train staff in the proper protocol for technological malfunctions. Also, if technical issues frequently arise, consider more frequent test runs of the machines first thing in the morning before putting a patient who is already in pain in there for longer than necessary.

I went for my routine mamagram this year and I was surprised when I received a letter that I needed to come back for an ultrasound. When I called for the 2nd appointment I was told that I needed 3 more tests. A 2D mamagram, another 3D mamagram and an ultrasound. I questioned these tests. I was under the impression, and was told that the doctor would be in the imaging room to look at them as the tech took the images. But I didn't see norspeak to the doctor at all. The tech that took the ultrasound informed me that nothing was found, but the doctor wanted me to come back in 6 months just to make sure.I'm not going back to this place. They run all these tests and then, since they have no doctor on staff they either send the images or wait until he comes in which ever day that is.. This is NOT the kind of health care I want. Instead of my mamagram costing me nothing, my BCBS Federal pays 100 percent. It's now going to cost me $354.99. I have taken this up with the doctor and the tech in the office with no satisfaction. I am going to dispute this with my insurance company and report this to The Department of Public Health. I am going to go to the senior center and make aware of my issues so that seniors can get an advocate to help them with medical overcharging.

The billing department is horrendous. I had insurance that paid for my imaging. Tolland imaging charged me The balance when they should not have. When I spoke to the insurance company, they said I didn’t owe anything due to their contract with Tolland imaging. It took me took me from the end of February until now, and six phone calls to get them to refund the money they owed me. If I didn’t bring it to their attention and persistently call, I would’ve never gotten my money. Needless to say, even though this medical facility is convenient I will no longer use them.

Very professional people. Up to date equipment and knowledgeable staff. It is a distance from N Windham. It is also located in a bank building so would not have expected that of I hadn't been informed of location ahead of time.

I would highly recommend Tolland Imaging Center in Tolland, CT. Every person that I encountered from the receptionists to the technicians to the doctors were very professional, friendly and accommodating.
