Absolute worst post office. We had a PO box and had no way to get packages delivered there I ended up using Amazon lockers the whole time we were in town because the packages would actually show up. Generally I like using the post office because the service in other areas has been pretty good but this one probably needs to be shut down or completely revamped

Post Office is the worstI seem to get everyone's mail but my own. My informed delivery said I was getting something I've been waiting for on the 12th and it's now the 26th. Good luck getting anywhere here. Our tax dollars pay for this SMH.

If my package doesn’t fit in my mailbox, it is either balanced on top of the mailbox, thrown in the yard, or returned to sender. After 4 calls into the office and assurances that my issue will be discussed with the driver, I still have the same problems. On the upside, I don’t spend as much money on Amazon and Target because I have to factor in the hassle of a USPS delivered (or not) package.

You have a 70/30 shot at getting a helpful, efficient employee to help you at the Tolland Post office. My carrier is excellent.

They are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They always check to see which is the best way to mail something. I have a PO box and I dropped my keys. One of the employees found them and called me right away..

Not a good post office at all, but then again, are any? If I had my choice in terms of online shipping alone, I wouldn't use the USPS at all. This particular location fits my assessment of how I feel when I order online. Pretty rude, slow, and incompetent. Your basic USPS experience in other words...

Hit or miss depending on who is working. You're either in and out with a smile or waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes just for someone to come out then another 10 min just to checkout.
