Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Kavita Sharma and her wonderful team they all made me feel so welcome the level of support and caring that I received from them all was amazing.I know what I needed to get done was a long process but Dr.Kavita Sharma and Alex.R was right by my side the whole time, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable, relaxed as well and as of the payment Saydee and Keisha took wonderful care of calling Both of my insurance so I would not have to worry about that particular part of the process. I would definitely recommend this place and wish I could give them more stars. I hope this helps with anyone who’s looking for a dentist.

I had a partial plate done. Two years ago I paid a portion and mercenary Aspen arranged for my insurance mercenary Aetna to pay the rest.Well I got my plates which were second rate at best. I paid my agreed upon portion. and all was well.After a year I lost the partial , got an appointment with Aspen, and an hour before the appointment they called and said there was a balance on my account. I said that’s impossible! Well they never got reimbursed by the insurance company they negotiated with and said it was my responsibility to pay the balance because the insurance criminals wouldn’t . So I couldn’t have an appointment. Morale to the story one mercenary company can’t work with a mercenary Insurance company, so put the responsibility on the patient ! Beware!!!

All aspens deserve no stars. I have been to this office and to the Farmington office. I should really be sueing them. Farmington performed a root canal and broke my tooth instead which resulted in it needing to be removed. The Torrington office decided to bill me after an appointment, it's their job to be checking if the insurance is covering it or what. If it is not covered maybe the patient would say they do not want so and so done then. But they just constantly do not do their job. They ask if you want things done and my response is always as long as my insurance is covering it. Anything that you have to pay for should be covered in person at time of appointment but they fail to do this each and every time. Furthermore because of this bill I couldn't make an appointment with them. Unfortunately my insurance only covers me for Aspen or one other dentist in all of CT. If I didn't have another option they 100 percent would be getting sued because they denied me care for a bill I had no idea I even had until months later. Worst dental care in all of CT.

The hygienist and dentist made me feel so comfortable and not judged. I was worried about being judged but instead they encouraged me and gave me hope. I regret waiting so long. I'm so happy I'm going here now.

The staff at the Aspen Dental in Torrington CT are by far some of the most professional and nicest people I have ever seen in any medical or dental office. I need a lot of work done and they never made me feel ashamed. I would recommend this office to anyone. I would like to thank the staff there for all their help.

This office definitely has some nice people working in it. The dentist is gentle which is wonderful for people who hate dentists. For as rotten and crabby as I’ve been with them, which hasn’t been their fault, I just have had so many bad experiences, they still treat me with kindness. They’ll give you the options, and sit with you to review the costs and what is going to work the best for you

Going to Aspen in Torrington is like going to a private boutique. No part of it feels like a group practice. The dentists, assistants, hygienist, and admin team are kind, warm, caring and really make me feel part of the family.
