Alfonso at the Torrington ATT store was extremely helpful with the transfer of my wife's account after her recent death. He was compassionate and detail oriented in making sure everything ended up all right.

When I arrived to the store, I received no type of greeting. I was unaware of what I should do to get help in the store. I sat down and about 10 minutes later, I was finally told I would be helped. While waiting, about 6 other people arrived. 2 left due to not receiving help or being acknowledged. Granted workers were busy with other customers. What frustrated me most, was those workers were having extended convos about personal life experiences or random other subjects. Especially the only female that was working. So about 30 minutes later, Aidan B. took time to help me while helping another customer. Which I appreciated because it was a quick fix with my phone as I expected. He was fast and professional. However, put aside about an hour or two before heading there.

Do not go to this store (East Main St, Torrington, CT). They are SHADY. I was charged more than 2x the actual price of the phone because the sales team only provided prices associated with the "next up" program rather than disclosing the actual base price of the phones. An inconvenience and hassle now trying to get this rectified. They can't easily make it right for me because of "company policy." DO NOT GIVE THESE SHADY PEOPLE YOIR BUSINESS.

What a knowledgeable, personable team they have at the AT&T store in Torrington, CT. They were quick and efficient. I left knowing so much more than I expected. My visit will enhance my iPhone experience. And AT&T is the best service.

I “lost” my phone at Big Y, but no one had turned it in, so I went to store and Mike helped to get a location ping( at Big Y!). So I drove back to Big Y where someone turned it in!Thanks Mike for taking your time.

Chase was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a new phone! The staff is so kind and helpful as well! Best overall experience I’ve encountered.

The AT&T store in Torrington CT is staffed by quality, helpful, professional staff. I only have 3 issues with AT&T.1. My 7 month old phones side button stopped working so I called 611 and spoke with Noah. Long story short, he told me that for $15.00, someone would bring a phone out to me in 2 business days. Well, I didn't belive it and of course it never happened. I called back and spoke with Dave in Kentucky and he looked at the notes and kind of snickered and said that he would correct it and fix it, which he did. In 2 days I had a new phone via USPS.2. Because I am technology challenged, I made an appointment at the AT&T store in Torrington CT for 1000 AM the following day. I walked in at 1003 and there were 3 people ahead of me. One was being helped and another staff member said, "who's next?" He looked at me and I mentioned my appointment but that didn't matter. I'm not really upset about that but why does AT&T offer appointments if the staff won't honor them? The gentleman that did help me was absolutely fantastic. Professional and thorough on explaining everything. The transfer from the old phone to the new one went smoothly.3. I have been with AT&T since 2001 and have filled out several surveys for AT&T and I always asked to be contacted so I can explain further some issues, but that never happens. All phone companies are the same and they realize that they have us at their mercy. I just wish they would stop acting as if they really care about the consumer/ customer and stop shining us along.I will close by saying the I have been to a few AT&T stores and the Torrington CT store is by far the best one to visit. It is worth the trip. I've had issues with other stores and told AT&T about it but never heard from them.

Horrible store and service... I spent 3 months fixing the issues with the initial account I made when I moved from Verizon. And after that, the account STILL WASNT FIXED! I just found out 18 months later that I was not getting my 25% discount on 3 of my lines after questioning it several times!!! Which means I lost $1,030!!!!! this was all after they sent me too many phones, the wrong sim cards, incorrectly setting up the account, not linking the accounts... and the list goes on. DO NOT go to this store for service unless you want to loose money. Luckily I was able to get back 33% from the Loyalty Department today but only as a credit.

Walked in and spoke with Mark. He explained y my old plan was not right for me. He upgraded my phone. Explains all the plans and phones and price increases. Happy with my visit. Can’t wait for my new phone thats on order

AT&T Store, Torrington CTI've always had good service at this location, but Alfonso M went above and beyond to help me with my phone problem. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean. I've done business here for many years and would recommend it to everyone.

The employee at the Torrington store(I forget his name) provided exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was the best att service and phone service I have ever received. Not only did we fix my issue and explain all the steps but he also helped explain battery health and how to properly care for my phone. Things I didn't know and was never told before. Fantastic employee and service, 15 out of 10!
