Nathan greeted me pleasantly the minute I walked in. He led me straight to the product I needed (windshield wipers) and showed that he was knowledgeable about the products. After purchase, he came outside and installed them for me. (It was raining out, and so it was that much more appreciated.) Great customer service!

Sign in the windows says we recycle your oil. Brought a container of 4 quarts in... wouldn't take it. Told me the other auto parts stores will take it. I said, I'm not a customer there, I am here... didn't help me, so now I'm an O'Reillys customer. ;)

Went to AutoZone this evening to see if my Battery was still good a Gentleman by the name of Damien waited on me what a very nice man , l asked him if he could test my car battery for me no problem, he tested it and showed me the results, Damien sold me a battery and installed no charge for installing it, Damien made sure the car started before l left, gave a good firm handshake thanked him for everything he has done, just a really good guy and thankyou for the information Damien

I placed an online order for in store pick up for three items and the receipt said that the order would be ready in one hour. After three and a half hours of waiting the store closed and I was unable to get the parts I paid for. I called when they opened the next morning, a day after my stated pick up date, and the employee said they had the parts in stock but no one has gotten around to picking them and they would eventually. I asked if there was any way to expedite the process since it’s a day past their guarantee and he said it’s a matter of someone “getting around to it.” I waited a while longer and finally called corporate and they instantly issued me a refund since they said this is against their policy.
