You all have a sexual predator working there. I’d never go near the store.

STOP THE BULLYING Have lived behind BJ's for 20+ years. We bought our home & Bjs moved in 1 month later. I attended every city meeting, spoke to Bjs management was promised a stockade fence & dense shrubbery would be installed, as well as parking lot lights pointed away from our home & no deliveries between midnight-4a.Exactly NONE of that happened. Instead we are constantly dealing with noise & light pollution to the extent that we have been sleep deprived for over 20 yrs, called names by the 3rd shift crew, treated poorly by Managers. Posting the truth in a review is the only recourse we have.STOP THE BULLYING Put up the fence & turn the lights away!

Much less chaotic than the West Hartford location, and worth the drive even with a slightly less variety of some meats and food items. They have the gas filling station in the lot, and they share a space with the Dollar Store a, liquor store and a Dunkin' Donuts so you can really get most (if not all) your shopping done in one spot.

Was told that they open at 9 but if your there by or at 8-830 they will let u in and they come out and say not opening til 9. Manager come out and says oh we’re gonna start that tomorrow. Shame on you saying that to a person with a disability. SHAME ON U!

Customer service is non-existent at this location. My latest experience has caused me to switch my shopping to Costco. I was shopping on a Monday morning and only 1 employee operated register was open. Being the 4th customer waiting in line, I informed the floor manager that only 1 register was open. I was told that only 1 register operates before 11am and that I should go to self-checkout. It appears that the Torrington BJs management has set a goal to essentially force members to check out their own goods.
