I would never leave a bad review if it wasn’t deserved. I brought my Silverado in for rear wheel bearings. In the process they drained out the rear diff fluid and charged me 300 bucks for a fluid change. They put the wrong diff fluid in my truck which caused my locker to stay locked around corners. I called back to see if they could get me back in to look at it. Was told they were 4 weeks out because 3 techs had just quit. I was forced to drain the fluid out myself and put the right stuff in and now it’s working like it should. Will never use them again. Very unprofessional

I had been looking for an Audi Q5 with lower miles and Blasius auto group in Torrington had one that I was interested in. After inquiring, Daniel got back to me and we texted a few times and then I went up there to take a look. Car was a beautiful condition and the mileage was low. Daniel was very Honest regarding the pricing and the entire process. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. Would certainly buy another car from them.

I was in the market for a new used truck and stumbled upon Blasius North. It was a little out of the way for me but I am sure glad i made the trip. It was one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. I went in and talked to Lulu, she was a no nonsense women. No games to play or upselling tactics, just fair and honest practice. I left with a new truck happy and satisfied with the help of Lulu. Couldn't recommend her and the dealership enough.

This Dealership was the absolute best place I’ve ever bought a car from. Daniel Putzig was so helpful in listening to my needs and wants. He worked very hard with me to get the absolute best deal to get the Car of my dreams. Marissa in the finance department really walked me through the financial process so I understood everything. I came in later in the afternoon and they both worked really hard to get my insurance paperwork through even though and I was able to drive the car home that same night! I highly recommend getting your car from this dealership. 5 stars hands downs!

Spent a good 14hrs searching the internet for a 2023 Chevy 1500 crew cab 6’6” bed LT V8. Found one at this dealer cheaper than anywhere in the country that didn’t have previous damage. Their pricing is terrific.
They were very easy to deal with and worked very well with me.
I flew out to them and drove back 14hrs with my newly purchased truck. Without me even asking they put fresh tires on the car knowing I had a long drive back home. They are very thoughtful and honest.
