Went in October to have some work done on my car. Had a remote starter, New radio and backup camera installed. Work was done in a fast and efficient manner with the occasional glitch with the radio. But come March the back camera came completely undone from the housing and just dangled there. When I tried to pop in back in place myself the whole piece the camera fits into seemingly isn't attached anywhere. It's now duct taped in place. Also from time to time when throwing my car into reverse my radio will crash and making an incredibly loud noise until I shut the car off and restart. All I'm sure could be remedied but since March I've placed at least 10 or so phone calls and left 2-3 voice mails to try and pick a day where I can come and get these things fixed. I only got ahold of someone once and was told I can bring it on a Saturday but had to call beforehand. Saturday came around and I called 2 or 3 times and have heard back. Pretty disappointed, spent a lot of money on this work only to have seemingly a subpar job done and no communication to try and make things right.

Got an Apple car play radio put in on March 7th 2024, and have had nothing but issues with it. From disconnecting my phone a reconnecting to Apple car play. It did it one day 8 times within 5 minutes. Mind you it’s a wireless Bluetooth one or you can plug your phone into it. Either way it does it with either being plugged in or wireless. And my boyfriend’s phone does the same thing. My stepfather has called multiple times in the past couple weeks and have not gotten a call back. I got it put in a 2015 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I said yeah probably because they don’t want to deal with it again.. WORST customer service EVER!!!!! Will NOT be going back here EVER AGAIN!!!

Went to the Torrington branch and Jimmy was super helpful. I got 4 new door speakers in my car, only took a couple hours for them to do and the price was extremely reasonable. I’m super satisfied with how they came out and the transformation of the sound system is super impressive. Highly recommend going to this company to support a small business that does a great job!

This business has been around for a few years, moving from Watertown, CT to Middlebury, CT. I had an alarm system installed in Watertown. I had replaced the main remote and it programmed itself to auto arming. This was a big inconvenience. I found where they had moved and visited them today. They were very kind and gracious and reprogrammed my remote at no charge and even gave me the programming instructions since it was an older alarm system. It's worth the drive to get great service like that and I recommend them to everyone!!!

Very pleased with price, service, and work. Plus they were very accommodating and kind. I was even offered a ride to a nearby shopping area so I wouldn’t be bored waiting. I can highly recommend Boomer McClouf of Torrington. I live in Fairfield but drove to Torrington on the recommendation of my Toyota Dealer. Well worth the ride.

I had a problem with my stereo. Mike came by and assessed the situation. Then I never heard back, I called and emailed and no answer. I stopped at his shop to ask what was going on and he said he is on top of it. Now its 9 months later and no Mike in sight!

I was there this past Saturday the 13th..... Mike hooked me up with my remote car starter.... I asked if he could take a look at my heated seats which weren't working.....he made time to take a look for me and he found the issue.....now my seats are nice and warm.....thats what you call going above and beyond for your customers.....great service...... Ordered a PSW-S8 Alpine under-seat subwoofer from amazon and these guys gave me the best quote by far. I ended up scheduling an install almost a month out because they were busy and when I got there after looking at everything the tech knocked the price down almost half.When I left I was having some distortion issues from my front Bluetooth noise canceling mic. I called them back and brought the car back and they fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. So they stand behind their work.
