I was having an issue with my Boost Mobile account after the recent website change, and customer service said to go in store for it. While the issue wasn't resolved, due to technical issues on Boost's end, the employee here was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.I recommended my mom go here when she was looking to purchase a new phone with a new plan, and while the price was higher than it would be on boost's website (which wasn't working), it was still reasonable. Unfortunately she decided to try her luck at the other boost store on North Elm where they charged her twice as much, three times if going by the online price, and requested her personal information and made her buy a different (older) phone. So if you're wondering which store to go to in town, I'd highly recommend this one over the other!

Terrible service, and that's even if they're open. I called and showed up 2 hours before they supposedly closed and wouldn't even look at me when I knocked. Terrible business

After paying my bill i payed 30$ for a pair of headphones, Dan repeatedly reassures me that the third party was just as good as name brand. Two days later it was broken, won't hold a charge. When i told him, he mentioned that i should have gotten the expensive name brand because it's generally better, then he offered me the same headset again for 15$! I cut my losses and have no plans of dumping 45$ into a crappy headset It's my fault for buying cheap, but don't lie to me and say that what im getting is the best!

I would like to give a sincerely thank you to Dan or assisting me with my troubled iPhone today. He could see I was very flustered and annoyed my iPhone was playing up and all my main contacts had disappeared. He ran through possible solutions that would best resolve my issue. Bless him he sat with me and guided me through it until the issue was resolved. I had run back to the store initially as the issue suddenly decided to comeback again, but again Dan resolved it before I left. My iPhone is up and running smoothly. Thank you Dan for being a life saver. I bought another iPhone from Dan for my son. its works great. Sincerely appreciate all your assistance today.
