I can't say enough about Bill and Collision Center in Torrington. They helped us though the insurance process, and even helped us book a rental car, paid for by our insurance, from Enterprise. We appreciated his honesty and help. If we are in a situation again where we need collision repair work done, we will definitely go back!

A most excellent experience working with Bob at the collision center. Bob was extreemely helpful and knowledgeable. Bob went above and beyond when it came to all aspects of the repair of my car. From initial contact to handling the insurance interactions, fielding any questions etc. In addition to repairing the the car, Bob had it detailed inside complete with shampooing the interior, running an ionizer and replacing the cabin filter to help with a nasty odor that the car had inside. 100% satisfied with the experience with Bob and the collision center. And I didn’t even mention how well the car was repaired/restored as this was not the most impressive thing. However, the car looked and drove perfectly 😃. I can’t recommend the Collision Center, and specifically Bob, enough !

My front bumper on my gti was pulled off a months ago by my brother and these guys made it look like it never even happened, come back a couple months later to have some curb rash repaired and it looks immaculate, and it was on the house. Great business 👍

No one ever wants to deal with a car accident, but Bob and the entire team at the collision center turned a stressful situation into a seamless and hassle-free experience. I shared my concerns about using genuine parts, and Bob made sure they were included in the repair. Since I was paying out of pocket for a rental, he expedited the process to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference.
A huge thank you to Bob and the staff for their exceptional work in getting my car back to me and my family. Their shop is beautiful, their craftsmanship is top-tier, and the final price even came in lower than the original quote. I highly recommend them!

A review is the least I can do, though words can not fully express my gratitude. Went here first thing this morning and was helped by Bill Lawlor & another worker - I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. After a very stressful night and loss of sleep over an issue with my driver side door, I left them about to cry GOOD TEARS. It is rare these days to find a business with such genuine compassion and I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am. I chose this place based on its reviews and now I understand why people say they would give 100 stars if they could. 100 stars for sure! THANK YOU!!!!!
