This place is UBER unprofessional. When they don’t have your meds, it’s up to you to “find” them. Then, when you do, call them back, wait on the phone tree to tell them where to farm out your script. Worse than that, there’s the blue haired, heavily tattooed woman with the prosthetic nails in the back. Today, I heard someone (not sure if it was the blue hair tatted chick or someone else) dress down a customer with expletives I haven’t heard since the last time I listened to Drake. This CVS employee SLAMMED down the phone and let loose on this customer who was apparently annoyed because they drive 45 minutes in bad weather to pick up a script that CVS couldn’t bill insurance for. Damn! I’m switching pharmacies today!!

Getting prescriptions here is pretty awful, if they say 30 minutes- assume 60. Other than that, I have never had an issue shopping in the store until today... I circled the store for 15 minutes looking for something, never saw one employee, an elderly woman was waiting at the register- both of us were shocked by the lack of personnel. When someone finally appeared from the back, they seemed pretty perturbed that I asked where something was, but once they informed me- I had to move a stack of diapers to get to the shelf....

CVS has horrible customer service!! I am constantly met with the lowest quality customer service ever whether dealing with their pharmacy or photo department. They do not care, have the worst follow-up, and overall poor business practices when it comes to dealing with customers!!!!

If you plan on calling this store don’t because they don’t answer the phone no matter what you’re calling for. I got put on hold by the pharmacy for 46 minutes then someone picked up and hung up. On top of it don’t ever expect your prescription to be ready when they say because they decide to take peoples prescriptions and refill others peoples with them if you don’t come right when they call you to pick up. My sons formula was given to someone else 3 times now and the only thing they have to say is “we can’t fill it at this time” whenever I go to pick it up

I guess everyone here has to go to lunch at the same time. They haven't figured out how to stagger their lunch so they can remain open. Their notification systems also don't work properly. Sometimes the prescription isn't ready when you arrive.

Just a couple of months ago I bought a air purifier; and I need a replacement filter--apparently they don't follow through on their products---so before you buy anything from them that needs a replacement anything make sure they have them in and they sell them along with the product---I am so disappointed in them--

The pharmacists in the back are terrible specially the one with the purple/pink hair, the worse service ever. Sticking with Walgreens moving forward so should you.

Pharmacist Jennifer was very curt and dismissive. I asked her one question and she seemed to be bothered by my mere presence. She needs training.

The folks who work there are very helpful and were able to change our pharmacies, after our move, with ease.

This is a wonderful CVS. The pharmacist, and other staff are knowledgeable, nice, and very helpful. We had Covid boosters here and the experience was quick, efficient and painless. And this CVS is very clean and well stocked. They should use it as a role model for other CVS stores.

literally horrendous service. every time i need a simple prescription i can never get it the first time i come here or without sitting and waiting for an hour,. it’s unreal. totally unacceptable especially when people have illnesses. people pay these employees a lot to be able to properly do their job and they just can’t. after sitting in the drive thru for fourty five minutes i finally went inside to the pharmacy and the employees were nothing but rude telling me i needed to wait until their unnecessarily long lunch break was over. funny thing was they weren’t even eating lunch, they were just standing there gossiping. felt like a complete throwback to high school. and don’t even get me started on the fact that they constantly are calling or texting to say a prescription i have is ready and yet when i come they say they don’t have it or it’s a whole ordeal. cant believe a place that’s supposed to be so professional is run like this. regret my decision switching to cvs, should have just stuck to walgreens.

The lack of communication is daunting. It seems everytime I come here there is some kind of mix up. Ive never had so many problems with a pharmacy. Don't come here.
