I called Target CVS to see what my options could be with switching an Rx to that location, as mine cannot get my med in stock, and I desperately need it. I left a message, giving details, and knowing that my Rx info is in the computer, as CVS had been able to check inventory before.
The message I was left back was delivered in such a judgmental voice- and as if I were completely unaware of how a pharmacy works, what my Rx is, etc. They said they could not do tasks to help, which they had in the past.
As someone who needs that medication to be able to get up, and function like an adult (which I need as I am currently a caretaker for my elderly and ill father). The effect this medication has is literally the difference between me not being about to leave my bed, and working, cleaning, spending time with friends, speaking to people, etc. It is essential.
I know everyone needs their medication; I am in no way special. But I was spoken to in such a manner that I had to hang up and just sob. I was made to feel ignorant, and a bother. And all I am trying to do is be myself and functional.

What has always mattered to me is that I can get in and out quickly and conveniently. They have never disappointed in those accounts. Additionally, I shop at Target often, so it makes for a very convenient place to pick up my prescriptions. Target and the CVS Pharmacy in Target are are generally quite clean and inviting. The area the Pharmacy could improve is friendliness of those behind the counter. They have never been "unfriendly", but they generally give the vibe that they are just there to do there job, & clock-in, clock out. :) Again though, this isn't a deal-breaker for me!

Location is super convenient which can make it a little busy at times, but the line usually goes pretty quick as the staff are as quick and friendly as possible. I also often get a coupon for items in the Target when picking up my medication which is a nice bonus :)

The pharmacist and techs are all super nice and helpful. But sadly they are always out of stock of whatever I'm picking up. From monthly meds to emergency prescriptions, they're never in stock.

Like that it is in Target, convenient.Problem is they do not answer the phone. Have spent a half hour on the phone twice today and tried a third time for 7 minutes. Never answered. This after receiving a text that they are not able to fill a script with no explanation. I'll try again one more time tomorrow and if no luck I'll be forced to find a better business.Decent service when able to go to counter but not friendly. Almost annoyed I'm disturbing them.

Great pharmacy! They have always asked if I need to update any personal info and always asked if I need any extra instructions or advice when picking up my prescriptions. I’m just here to leave a comment about expired doctors prescriptions. I have recently had doctors appointments and at these appointments they have asked me “do you need refills?” I’ve stated no, thinking I’ve been getting my prescriptions without any problem. Well, I have not picked up certain medications in a little while so I inquired with the pharmacy and comes to find out 3 of my prescriptions are expired. I did not receive a text or call which is why I called to inquired. The women I spoke with was very “dull”, for lack of a better word. She didn’t say “goodbye” on the phone just asked “if I needed anything else” and hung up. I get we all have bad days and if she’s coming from lunch I would have gladly waited for her to regroup herself so that she had a better attitude when speaking on the phone. Not going to say the whole pharmacy is bad over 1 bad encounter in the last 10 years!
