I’ve been getting my nails done here for years, all of a sudden the owner has been extremely rude, a couple of days ago I went in there for a fill with the same girl I always go to. Lindsay, the owner instantly started talking about me in her language and started pointing at me to the point where everyone that works for her was making a point to stop what they were doing and look at me. She’s super unprofessional and rude and do they like not think we know they’re talking about us when the entire salon is looking at you after she just spoke in her language. It’s ridiculous.

This place is a joke! My nail tech did a good job on my nails however, every staff is super rude, what they don't know is that I can understand many Asian languages and they talk so badly the entire time about each guest! Especially the skinny man with the highlights . He is very rude! They speak to each other THE WHOLE time in their language while doing your nails it's so awkward and they laugh at all the guests, highly do not recommend

The service here is absolutely amazing. Me and my sister been going here for a while and every-time I walk out the salon I always have a smile on my face, due to the great designs they do. They are really nice and are hardworking. I usually would make appointment with Helen or Vivian be cause they do they best designs and my go to nail techs. The music is great and is very clean there. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Not the fanciest place in the world, despite the name. It smells like nail polish and is a bit run down. The people are nice, the services are good and the price is reasonable. And you can walk in and get an appointment - I've never waited.

I would give zero stars if I could. my daughter has been in there several times now and the last three or four have been terrible. she schedules an appt each time but when she gets there they often leave her her sitting for thirty minutes or more before taking her and when she's done she's unhappy, but the techs are too rude to her that she's afraid to say anything. Today they left her sitting for 35 minutes then after taking her over to get started, told her to move because another girl, who had just walked in the door, was going to get her nails done first. The service is beyond terrible and the quality of some of the techs not very good. I told her that cheaper is not better if they treat you badly and do a crappy job. My advice to everyone is: there are plenty of nail places in town... Pick a different one.

Went for the first time tonight because I needed my dip nails removed and just wanted a clear coat put on after. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone, the woman proceeded to use a acrylic nail to rip each of my nails off one by one. I told her she was hurting me and she proceeded anyways. All of my real nails are so damaged now. I will never go to Fancy Nails again!

The owner is the absolute worst. She is very rude, she’ll yell at you and is very argumentative. If she does your nails she’s very aggressive and doesn’t listen when you ask her for something. If you tell her not to do something she’ll do it anyways and if you ask her a request she’ll do whatever she wants instead. She charges 10 dollars extra for just about anything. She rushes your nails and doesn’t care about the quality of her work. As for the other girls, they’re okay. Personally Amy and Vivian are the best and I’ve never had any issues with them. The owner has done my nails 3 times and each and every time she does, I am always left very disappointed in the outcome AND the service. And because of this, I will never be returning to Fancy Nails.Service: Acrylic nails

This place is a complete dump, run by crooks. When you enter the salon, you’re greeted by the overwhelming stench of acetone and other chemicals. They advertise a good price for waxing then only do half your leg… stay away!Services: Pedicure

i went here just for a basic manicure and the girl did my nails very fast and was pretty rude. she let me leave while my nails were still wet and a day later they are already messed up and chipping like crazy. rude lady i’m not going back here. don’t go here if you want a relaxing inviting and worth your money experience
