Customer service tells me someone will be out to check my father's life-giving oxygen concentrator, as the yellow warning light has been on for an unknown amount of time. No one shows up. I call later to make sure someone is coming out only to be told that no one is coming and they will not be sending anyone. Why are we relying on a company that lies and disregards the importance human life?

The therapist who set up my machine was great…. One year ago. Have not had any calls except to say my Wi-Fi wasn’t set up a couple of times. Tried to get new supplies and they wouldn’t give me any. Yesterday I found out I was supposed to be getting a nasal pillow replacement every two weeks. I’ll be finding a different company next week

I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. This place should be shut down until they get new mgmt or get their acts together. Torrington office is the worst. No call backs. Wait weeks to months just to make a simple appt. Girl at the front desk (dark hair & glasses) was extremely rude from the time I walked in! I am a senior and she was very disrespectful! I don't understand why they continue to get all these horrible reviews and nothing is ever done !! Whose in charge here???? Where's the mgmt and owners???

J&L brought in a replacement oxygen concentrator and it makes terrible noise in the bed room at night. It’s my wife’s but it keeps me awake at night. My wife called to see what could be done about it. They said that they can’t do anything as long as it is working. The last unit which she had for several years was very quiet. I think this is terrible service and poor PR.

Horrible service. My mom had to go to her drs appointment without oxygen. She's 84 Years old!!

Good initial contact on my insurance status. Woman at the shop was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. The next day I received a follow up call. Torrington office is great.

Horrible with excuse after excuse. Poor customer service. Phones never answered and after weeks of no results had to cancel my prescription, go somewhere else and start over. The minute your physician or care center says they sent your scrip here? Cancel it immediately and choose another facility to save time in the long run.

Horrible horrible customer service. My mother had an appointment at 4:00 to return supplies that were not right when they were delivered, showed up at the establishment at 3:50 and doors were locked and nobody was there. Do not recommend.

Horrible experiences. I was overcharged. They don't return calls promptly or when promised. It's been over a month and they still haven't processed my supply request. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible horrible customer service. They don't return (promised) calls, ignore supply orders and they give me the run around. I ordered supplies four months ago and am still waiting. They were much better before Lincare took over. If I could give a minus star review, I would. I'm finding a new supplier.

This companies service has been mediocre for the past few years they deliver equipment , no respiratory assessment and only replace cannulas and tubing when requested rather than when medically recommended. The clencher is that Peter died 2 weeks ago and we can't seem to get the equipment picked up. They did say they would be here today and I have waited all day. I began to call at 3:50 and gpt "someone answering the phones for them who would send the message that I was requesting an eta so I could pick up scripts....they would call me right back....called them again 45 minutes later and answering service would sent the same request that I be phoned with ETA. I also requested a supervisor call.... It is now 5:53 and no call has been received, no pickup done and the pharmacy will be closing shortly....

Don't know how delivery service will be. I do know that Sarah was so kind and informative. She explained thoroughly how to use the equipment we purchased.
