Walked in with the intention of shopping around but we were so comfortable with Jay that we purchased a mattress and base tonight. He was personable, knowledgeable and honest. We didn't feel the need to go elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This was the easiest mattress buying experience I have had! I didn’t feel any pressure. He matched me with the right mattress and even helped me get it on the roof of my car. I will definitely be back for my next mattress.

Jay is an excellent person to deal with when selecting a mattress. He carries something for every budget and from firm to plush he has it all. forget the big box stores and shop local you won't be sorry.

I needed an expandable bed frame quickly, left a message, and received a call-back from Jay very promptly, that he was pretty sure he had what I needed, wasn’t able to get back to the store until the next morning, and would call me at 10am. He did, he had just what I needed, price was half of what I would have paid. Sent our son over to pick it up, Jay walked him through the set up, and any expansion we needed, checked to make sure all the expansion pieces were in the box, and helped load into the car. Fabulous customer service (which makes all the difference) and amazing prices. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for being so responsive, Jay.

Jay is awesome. Went today and bought a mattress for my bed, he was so resuring on what each mattress was about, and talked to my mom and I about just normal life things. Was a great experience. Highly recommend Mattress Direct! Thanks alot Jay
