2023: I worked with Jack and Mike, they were courteous and professional in the new transaction of trading my jeep and taking the new jeep, and they worked hard to continue my jeep business/experience with their dealership. I went from a gas jeep to 4xe, Jack made sure to walk me through the bells and whistles of the new jeep, and Mike followed up to see how I liked the new features, and confirm any questions I may have. The hybrid is fantastic! The new features and not having to fuel up in winter is a plus! I am grateful to remain local for jeep business and service.Thank you Jack and Mike for your time, dedication, and honesty!2017-2020:I worked with Will he was determined to find me the jeep of my dreams with the help of Neil. No haggle, and an all around great experience. They were both professional and I look forward to working with Will again in the future. Northwest hills is wonderful!

I had a great experience with Sullivan Automotive, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from the team. From the moment I contacted them over the phone, they were accommodating and willing to work out a deal remotely. The individuals I dealt with, including salesman Seth, sales manager Jack, and finance expert Darren, were all extremely professional and helpful.Even though I found a similar car locally, my wife had her heart set on a specific color that only Sullivan Automotive had in stock. There was a slight price difference, but the team at Sullivan Automotive went above and beyond to ensure we reached a hassle-free agreement that satisfied us both.One exceptional gesture was when I flew into a local airport, and Seth, our salesman, kindly offered to pick me up. This extra mile they went to make my experience seamless and enjoyable was greatly appreciated.Overall, dealing with the team at Sullivan Automotive was an absolute pleasure. Spent 9000 and have had nothing but problems. Car almost started fire so we cane back soon stressed and upset only to have the Manager tell me to calm down and talk down to us. Then after saying he would get us a loaner, my husband told him to stop being rude to me, and he then said nevermind I don't have a loaner !!!!

I didn't feel any interest with the sales person or staff to sell me a vehicle, I felt really bad as if my business or my money didn't matter for them.

This was the first time in nearly 20 years that I've purchased a car at a dealership. Seth made the process easy and seamless! I love my car and would buy from Northwest Hills Jeep again!

Garbage dealership. Wasted my time...advertised and promoted Jeep I was interested in @39K and said would take another 1K off over phone. I had everything in hand from documents to preapproved loan. These crooks tell me $44K upon arrival and they can't go lower than 41K. DO NOT trust these people.

I brought my vehicle in for service. It was drivable when dropped off. After $1500 of work and parts along with them having my car for 3 mos, it no longer will drive at all. I will never bring a vehicle there or buy a vehicle from here.My son bought a car and it is having oil disappear but they say nothing is wrong.

Very disappointed in this dealer especially for service. 3 times now I have had bad service for something as simply as an oil change. The first time the car wasn’t ready when promised so i had to wait. The second time I dropped it off at 7:30 in the morning and it took until 4:45 for them to change the oil. Now if you want an oil change you need over 2 weeks to get one for something that literally takes 15 minutes. I will never do business with them again. I guess buying a $60k plus car means nothing to them. Stay away from this dealer

Had the displeasure of dealing with Mike McAllister with the “attempt to” purchase a jeep wrangler this week. He informed us he would not take a deposit due to it needing to be gone through by service for an inspection but we were 1st in line as a buyer. Said he would call us back with an update and scheduled us an appointment 4 days later to buy the car!!! Not look, buy, as long as the vehicle was as they described online. In addition, we followed up post conversation to get an update, was NEVER called back. We were about 15 minutes away from the dealership with a check, when a colleague of his (Jack) called to give us the “courtesy” they sold the vehicle yesterday. Please keep in mind we live a hour away! This dealership holds true to the stereotype of scumbag car salesmen.

Horrible experience. I bought a Jeep with 44000 miles for 15k in 2021 by the end of 2022 and 32000 miles later I replaced the clutch and then the transmission went. The car had a bad wheel bearing, clutch and transmission when they sold it to me and they knew it. Bad business stay away!

My Dodge truck overheated on Thanksgiving Friday. When I called them, told them I was from New Haven and stuck, the first person we spoke with said if I got it in, they'd try to diagnose and see what could be done. When we called back, a male dismissed me, said there was nothing he would do and I could schedule an appointment for December 8th two weeks away. When told a woman I just spoke with said the dealership would help, he claimed he didn't know who that person is. I get that I'm not their customer but to be dismissed and refused help, given the unscheduled, unknown issue is inexcusable. For all Dodge customers in the Torrington area - you'll be better served driving to Branford, CT. I'm picking up my truck after one day and could have had it the same day, but they called me over a couple of minor issues they noticed and said they could fix while in the shop. This dealership is very busy and is scheduling for 3 weeks out - but because this was an unscheduled mechanical failure, they worked it in. This is customer service.
